If Triano decides to concede the switch on the pick and roll every time and let Jose guard Amare like last time they met up with Phoenix, I lose all the respect that I gained for him last night.

If this team doesn't come out tomorrow and play a good game after this week. then i'll lose whatever little hope i still have that they could be a decent team. It's time to man up, the time for talk (ie:Wright) is over. They're at home and need a win badly, they should play like it.

if they come out flat tomomorow, i think there needs to be some changes, something to get the team fired up. Right now they all seem bored, and don't really care about losing

+1

The only changes i see is Derozan and Wright switching, and then Reggie coming back (who knows when?) and maybe Johnson biting into Bargnani's minutes.

I actually liked the gameplan.

Made things a lot harder on Nash.

Given how pathetic our P & R defense is I'd rather have them switch than have them get torched all night long.

I thought it worked fairly well. And considering the Raps haven't improved in terms of guarding pick 'n roll situations since the last time met, I expect them to employ a similiar strategy.

Raps godda get something positive out of this game. They also have to start showing they in every game they play or close to it.

I'm saying the Wheels may be close to falling off this team and they need a win fast.

Made things harder on Nash? All he had to do was lob post entries into Amare all day, sit back and watch.

It will keep his stats in check, but it won't win you basketball games.

If you want to switch bigs on to nash, then why not just use a big to guard him in the first place.

Let Derozan and Bosh be involved in the switch.

Or Wright and Bargnani.

Pops and Bosh.

etc. etc.

Having a gameplan where you're conceding a Jose vs Amare matchup is downright foolish.

Andrea Bargnani will have to actually guard Channing Frye this time if we are gonna have a shot.

Guard Frye? With his SF skills you mean?
Having Frye in the lineup has one reason - to spread the floor. If you go up on Frye, you leave the paint wide open

But he should be punished on the other side for sure. Take him to the post
