Thanks for the image.

But seriously, the dude needs to go. Thanks, Colangelo, for the parting gift.

gay played some pretty good defense on lebron tonight though
that's what makes it so hard with him, he's so talented, if could get it all together, he'd be a star. For us, if only casey could get him to at least take a much reduced offensive role and stop handling the ball as much, that would be a huge plus. I really don't understand why this is tolerated - it's ridiculous how much time gay wastes everytime he gets the ball. It's not just that he stops the flow completely, but even on breaks, instead of passing the ball ahead, he just dribbles up the court and then he lets it go to the same guy. It's like he really likes to pound it ...

DD was fantastic again tonight. Totally held his own out there against the champs. He's looking more and more like an all-star calibre player. NEVER thought I would say that about him.

Still looking for something to like about Ross.... I don't see much.

Ross played great defense against Wade.

It's a bit discombobulating watching a really good defensive team like the Heat where double-teams come and go so quickly.

He appears to be a terrible passer. That might be a problem in conjunction with his overall playing style, or it might even compound his general unwillingness to give up the ball. Both problems might be reduced if he were not given the role of facilitator. Memphis' use of him at the end of the shot clock turns out to be brilliantly sensible.

I was at this game, and from what I see, this team is on the verge of tuning out Casey and imploding. All they need is one good losing streak. Teammates are showing frustration with eachother and not communicating. The coaching staff looks lost every timeout. It's a ticking timebomb.

Miami was in absolute cruise control - they did not take this game seriously one bit. It was a vacation.
