It has never really made sense to me to lead with highlights of the game that just finished on your station anyway (Unless it's a big playoff game). Most people just watched it and know what happened.

That being said Raps TV picking up more games is awesome, but I like watching Raptors Post Up after the game. Not 3 hours after the game is over.

Heck of a win. And a heck of a game from JV. Good stuff!

Yeeeeeeeehaw!

Do i know how to pick 'em? I didn't really pick this one though. I was given tix by someone who won them. 7th row in the corner by the Grizz bench.

So much of this one was frustrating due to second-chance points. But they managed the game well-enough and then did the job in the 4th quarter again.

A key moment was Tony fouling DeMar on the 3-pointer. Seeing the ball go through the net really helped him get some rhythm.

And i have been lucky to have seen two of JV's best games.

There seems to be a freakin' wave at every game i go to. I go to Friday night games quite often. Date night. Even dumber crowds than usual.

My theory with Jonas is that they've been working him hard all season to gain strength. That has effected his game on more than one occasion i would guess, and meant a need to limit his minutes. I would think they ease off on that for the rest of the way, and i think we saw him be able to use that strength and operate with fresh legs. His shot looks beautiful, in warmups and everything. That jimmy keeps going down and this team could be scary.

Agreed!!!!

He thinks way too much, does a lot of moping and complaining to the refs instead of just going sometimes. You can tell he really cares about winning and playing well. He puts a lot of pressure on himself, but he just has to learn to just keep playing no matter what has happened.

Meh, I don't see anything wrong with that at all. They're just having a fun time for a few minutes while the Raps are winning, what's wrong with that? The biggest pet peeve for me is when they are fucking booing for that free pizza when we're closing out the clock. Booing when we win the game is the dumbest and most irritating thing when watching the game. Now THAT makes our crowd look like a bunch of clowns and amateurs.

It seems like Memphis werent ready for us at all down the stretch. I'm quite impressed with the way Raptors are sharing the ball and dealing with being down in the early/mid game then is able to come back in the late.

The Coach and the players deserves this season's current success.

They were doing it while Lowry was shooting free throws. That's what's wrong with it.

wow, what a game
really torn between this one and the win against the pacers for the best game of the season. Awesome stuff from lowry and JV with easily his best game of the season.
The stat they shown in the 4th about us being (by far) the best team in the league in 4th quarter differential is also extremely impressive.

demar struggling against prince was to be expected, but he's shown great composure again - another game where a few months ago he would have finished 6 of 24. He was pretty horrible tonight all in all, but at least he didn't hurt us too much and did make a few key plays in the 2nd half.

Finally, casey was a master tonight, having amir on gasol and JV on zach was a brilliant move. Randolph is strong, but is short and amir was dominant against gasol.

oh yeah, and lowry - he's good. Like really, really good. Like rondo who? kind of good.

I didn't think it was atrocious. Just corny, and a bit stunned while our guy is at the line. It really does tend to be a pretty dumb crowd though, with people having to explain the rules, and even which team is the home team.

There were a lot of throwback jerseys tonight. Guy beside me had an Oakley. Saw a McGrady with the dinosaur. And even a Jalen 5.

It was a great game to be at. Seats were beauty. What a 4th quarter! They came out well in the 1st and I thought we'd be spared the slow start and frantic comeback, but really lost it after it was about 8-4. I think Vasquez coming in and giving them some life was a real key - the guy had a great game. Lowry and JV may have had the better numbers - and both were very good and fun to watch tonight - but I thought GV just set the tone.

3 things that I didn't like:

1. a pretty tame crowd for most of the game unless prompted by the scoreboard .
2. that pizza crap - I was happy and cheering loudly when GV dribbled the clock out. Screw all you pizza beggars. I wish they would get rid of that - its more than embarrassing.
3. the absolutely disgusting men sitting in front of us. One guy had worse teeth than you'd see at a family gathering for the guys who raped Ned Beatty in Deliverance, the other was wearing a ratty old T-shirt which I swear had to once have been white but was now somewhere between yellow and gray and he smelled so bad that my wife and girls spent most of the game with their shirts covering their nose. What a treat. And every stoppage he would stand up and peel the shirt away from his back and sort of shake it out a bit. Absolutely nasty. How people go out in to public like that is beyond me.
