Rough start but it was very clear that if the Raptors put together a solid few minutes they'd win comfortably.

DD didnt really look good on first half. He went away from contact and looked like he was thinking he will get all-star calls and can just try to go for and-1's. Well he didnt get the calls. Fortunately he picked it up later.

And I see no reason to play Hayes anymore unless we are in trouble with a big fat center. TH brings so much more energy with some sort of offensive game.

Anyway, a good win. Need to beat Wizards next week and take care of the scrubs to get some distance to other teams.

technically you're right, but I think casey likes to play him because he brings it most nights, and it's important for the guys at the top of the food chain to feel a little job insecurity.

Yea,it's called a bad game. I think he's allowed to have those,no? Raptors still won the game if I remember correctly. Hey,didn't LeBron score just 13 points in a loss versus the lowly Jazz the other day? It's the NBA bro, where shit happens lol.

I like that Amir is getting some rest. Raps are gonna need a healthy AJ if they hope to advance past the first round. PP is a stud and TH has brought energy off the bench in replacement. I liked that JV still snagged 14 rebounds despite being a dud offensively scoring just 2 points. This team is fun to watch.

It's also probably a good idea to keep him in halfway decent game shape if possible.

the good news is that none of the potential adversaries in the playoffs has the type of big man that kills us, outside indiana and charlotte. It's unlikely we'll get to play either, so we should not need his services in the playoffs.
