I dont get it, if you have endured Raptors for the past 10 years (that is if) then this should be nothing.

Unless we go for like 5-10 on the next 15 games then yea we can start crying.

It's not even the losing thats bothering me.

The style of play is putrid to watch. We are ranked #1 in the league for slowest pace. With all the athletes and youth we have, this is unacceptable.

This starting 5 doesn't fit together at all.

First off, Lowry can't run the pick and roll, which is a huge problem since we have Amir & JV who thrive in that situation.

Second, he takes way too long to get the team into their sets which is another disaster because the 2 guys he is passing to (Rudy & DeMar) are very slow to make decisions, and the decision they do make are usually terrible.

They either take a few dribbles to hoist up a contested shot, or they take a few dribbles only to run into a trap, forcing them to pass the ball leaving only a few seconds left on the clock for someone else to take a contested shot.

Lowry, DeMar & Rudy are possibly the worst trio stylistically you could put together.

This game clearly shows that we got outplayed by Bulls defense and because of that we couldnt do anything on the other end.

If anything Raptors just doesnt know what to do in situations like this. They either freak out and have no clue what to do or just shoot randomly.

I somehow had a feeling it was going to turn out like this anyway and again I've seen worse than this after watching Raptors for many years.

This. ^^^

Honestly, I still barely got interested again after last season and I'm already starting to skip games. This still looks like a YMCA team more than anything else.... which is pretty depressing when I see other "tank teams" like Philly, Orlando and Phoenix playing their asses off.

I seen this movie for 5 years now, i'm tired of watching it,

they showed us the ultimate disrespect no rose and they owned us,

why do you guys continue to believe, just wait 5 more game etc... blah, blah, they are what they are

the hard part of watching this is where nto even developing Ross and Jonas because where concerned about running our offense through rudy and demar

I thought it was a bit sad that Colangleo's attitude was: "I've put N units of talent on the floor. It's up to the coach to make them play as a team".

Raps are starting to look like a perpetual tanking machine to me.

The bulls are a very good team with or without Rose. That's no mystery right? They might even be a little bit better without him right now, because they are forced to play a more complete team game. Toronto needs to see what they did and recognize that they need to do the same.

I'm quickly losing all faith in Rudy Gay to be able to respond appropriately though. He had 4 turnovers and it felt like he was lucky not to have ten. We got rid of Stumbles just to have to suffer through Fumbles.

Now the whole starting lineup threw the game in the shitter, but it feels like Rudy was the biggest part of that. Him being seen as the best player on this team is not helpful. They need to be seen as something like the Bulls without Rose. The starting 5 need to feed of each other. Instead they get sucked into following Rudy's lead.

That's interesting because i found Jonas to be perhaps the worst player on the court last night. He had his share of touches early and after a few baby hook airballs from 5 feet out, I wanted to hide for him. Jonas wasn't ready last night - it was probably a good opportunity for him to be benched.
