Everything works except...

JARRET JACK AND JOSE on the floor together in late game situations

my gawd triano at least put someone who can defend, why doesnt he put in bellineli or derozan??

honestly triano messed up indiana's game when he put those two in WITH turk at the half of the 4th quarter..

i know that hes going for an offensive tempo where the ball is constantly moving and making plays but wouldn't it make more sense to put a "true" shooting guard in.

it's like triano doesn't recognize a mismatch or who's struggling on the floor..

fire this guy!!

I don't know about firing, he has some plus sides, but the JJ combo is terrible. he needs to have the balls to pull players when they are playing badly, such as turk against indiana. if anyone else made one of the many shitty plays he did they would be on the bench in a second.

look at the boxscore from indiana....its ridiculous, and funny all at the same time

I and many have ripped Triano at nauseum and we've all ripped the dreaded combo daily. I'm all done ripping for now, it's giving me a headache. lol

not sure what's with all the complaining
we've won almost every close game we've been into
judging by results, this combo is delivering.

This combo is 6 or 7 games under .500 (when both are in the lineup).

Jack and Jose together are fine. Jack can play without the ball. The problem is Jose and Turkoglu on the floor at the same time. Whichever one doesn't bring the ball up just stands in the corner for the whole possession. Might as well stand at the top of their own circle and get a head start on defence.

Two problems:

1) One of our worst defensive lineups
2) Three ballhandlers/distributors is incredibly redundant especially when two are much more effective with the ball

+1000 Mass confusion reigns when this trio play together.

Hopefully we won't see these Run Killahs anymore.

The problem is Hedo - he does not wish to be a 3!

With AB anc CB, we have the bigs - Hedo with his size should be a shooter (if he is not gassed!) at 3 and go for boards on O and D. DD and Weems are too inexperienced to be the closing 2, so JJ is the vest we got. JC is a PG with a good shot - why shouldn't he be on the court closing out the game? His D is not as bad as some on this board paint him to be, as a matter of opionion, I see the blow-bys as a direct results of not allowing our PGs to put pressure on the opposing PGs to defend. I say that if Hedo's willing to crash the board, and leave the ball handling to JC - this line up will work.

A coach put out the best pieces he has - do you think he would purposely loose games? NO! he see this line up as the best he has at this point in time, and hopes that it will improve by Hedo getting in shape, and adapting to the need of the team.

IMHO, after watch most of the home games and telecasts, HEDO is resisting and asking (demanding?) the organization and team to adapt to him. Most of us have seen the attitude exhibited in the interview, some have seen the lack of effort on the court, and even the negative, detached body language exhibited on the bench during games and telecasts.

The team have to be successful before the players and coaches can be successful! Some players just don't get that!

Black Cloud!

"So I hope they can rest those legs and work out the chemistry in the next few days. Not long ago the 50 millionth man-made chemical was created. Surely the Raptors can come up with something to dissolve black clouds. If not then the coach and GM are going to be faced with some big decisions that will not wait on the back-burner. At some point the ego placating is going to have to stop and sacrifices will need to be asked for. The winning should have made all of that much easier, but if the winning isn’t working for Hedo, then that black cloud is going to have to make way for clear skies."

Right on!

I'm terrified of this 3 headed PG combo...for the Raps, not opponents.

wasn't aware we played so many games 2 vs 5
the issue in discussion is playing them together at the end of close games. What's our record in those games? If we trail by 10-15 when they go on the court together, it makes little difference.
