Evans Returns to Practice

Quote:

Evans was able to take jumpers, run around a bit, throw down a few dunks and take a beating from some resistance padding before rolling to the hoop, but said he still has one sore spot which is keeping him out.

“Still gotta get over one little hump. Once I get over that area, it’ll be good, but that one area is just taking a little time to heal and stuff,” he said.

“I just had like the discomfort of that one area that still has to go down. So once that area goes down, then I’ll be ready to go.”

Though Leandro Barbosa likely will return from a much shorter injury hiatus in Milwaukee on Tuesday night, Evans, like guard Jerryd Bayless, did not make the trip.

Evans is not expected to return prior to the all-star break.

Tanking isn't in Reggie's vocabulary. He might disappoint some people for the wrong reasons.

reggie + amir = victory.

we're gonna let the whole league know who really let the dogs out.

They mean Evans was tackling players who took jumpers.

A man with a broken leg asked his doctor:

"When the leg heals, will I be able to play piano?"

"Sure", said his doctor.

"Strange", said the man. "I couldn't before the accident."

Evans seriously puts a roadblock squarely in the face of operation Tank.

I want him out much longer, but to come in healthy next year!

It's so true. We need JOhnson and Davis to get all these minutes... even Ajinca to see what he can do. As fun as Evans is to watch play it's better if he stays out the rest of the year.

at the same time i really don't feel like we've been losing games because of rebounding. this team just can't get stops, and reggie evans won't affect much in terms of defense. i think operation tank is still a go.
