Default Evan Turner The Next Durrant??

I think the raps should anything they can to get this guy, we are going nowhere with the state of the current roster. Trade Bosh to the Nets

not by playing style since Durant was a much better shooter out of college
Turner is a better passer than Durant and better rebounder for his position, but ones a PG/SG and another is a SF. Compare to Joe Johnson or Roy of you want, but there is differences to each of their games
but they are both mismatches in terms of size in there position

If you're talking about impact, who knows, he doesn't even have an NBA position yet

Turner is Brandon Roy on steriods. A little too much on turnovers but the kid gets to the rim.

Joe Johnson would probably be the most accurate comparison. Either way he'll be a star no matter who he's compared to. One of the most intelligent players to come out of the draft in a while.

In terms of college the kid can flat out ball. His talent is good enough for the NBA but you just never ever know.

Why is everyone ready to jump on a player and get him to be the next "insert player here". Just let the kid play and enjoy another potential great talent in the league.

he seems to have trouble with his jump shot, from the games i've seen (not a college expert). however if he is able to develop it he might be more of a gerald wallace then a KD.

Comparisons are fun. Meaningless, but fun. Stupid sometimes, but still fun. I don't understand why people are so quick to shit on comparisons on this forum.
