harris expires at the same time as jose, not at the end of this year

In this draft, i don't see any pg realistically being able to fill in jose's shoes, for the next five years. Of course a miracle could happen and you could land the next lawson, but why risk it when you already have a more than capable pg? if it was the 3-4 pick we were talking about, sure, but 10th?
