ESPN:Bosh wants to be a Bull

Chad Ford says that a source close to Bosh told him that Chris wants to end up in Chicago as a free agent in 2010.

More Smoke?

why would he want to be a bull of all teams? They're just as bad as we are, despite having a higher payroll, chicago and toronto are very similar as cities, and they have a GM who is doing a horrible job there. I could understand Miami, NY or Dallas, but Chicago is ridiculous.

Yeah i know, but there is waaaaaaaaaay too much smoke for it all to be bullshit. Either everyone is wrong, or Bosh wants out. I'm thinking he wants out and unless we are active this summer in adding more talent around him, he's as good as gone.

Bosh is leaving.

Start getting used to the idea.

I bet you it's more like someone in Bulls' organization wants Bosh to be a Bull and it's sending a feeler without getting into trouble.

I'm almost looking forward to it. It's trade him or try and sign him to a 6year/133Mil deal? I'd rather trade him for a good package, especially if we could sign him to a max then trade him for good 20Mil value in return.

I just don't get the impression that he wants out when I see him on the bench.

I would want to be on the Bulls, as well. They may not be a great team at the moment, but that's mostly because they're guard heavy with little inside presence. Normally that's not a big deal if you can push the floor off rebounds and turnovers, but the Bulls don't do that very well, either. And Vinny del Negro has to be one of the worst coaches to still have a job.

And you know that by 2010, it will be a hell of a lot of fun to play with Rose (if it isn't already).

im not sure wat to think. he looks like hes happy here because hes the leader and its "his" team but we arnt winning so that has to take a toll on him. but for him to leave where would he go? to another losing team with money and the be man there, or go somewhere to play 2nd fiddle and win without a max contract. it would be smart to keep him and im sure BC will try and do things that would make cb4 happy and stay.

Triano is the worst coach in the NBA that still has a job.

I didn't want to open that can of worms in this thread, but you're probably right.

yeah, maybe Bosh wants out of TO, but seriously?! even if he wanted out it wouldn't be to go to the bulls
ESPN is basically on crack these days
if Bosh is in it for the money then he's going to get the most from the raptors, which means then he'll stay
if he's not staying then the contract he's going to get will pretty much be a max from any of the other teams in the nba, now why would he choose the bulls out of the 20 other teams that will be chasing after him
