Hardly a surprise but I bet some of you are interested.

wow the great big man coach we've been asking for since we drafted Chris Bosh, then we wanted one when we got Bargnani, and especially during bargnnai second season when every raptor board on the net was having meltdowns about Bargnani ability

TEam needs a bigman coach.

I say try to bring in either Ewing or Hakeem as an assistant for that.

Was that sarcasm or is Iavaroni actually known for being a good big man coach?

Actually, he is known for being a good big man coach.

Take it for what it's worth, but he was also the defensive co-ordinator in Phoenix under D'Antoni.

In Phoenix, Iavaroni worked with the bigs, led defense, and was known for being good at breaking things down on tape. Keep in mind that, no matter Iavaroni's defensive philosophies, D'Antoni always made sure defense ranked second in importance to tempo.
