Anyway, Jose is not the odd man out.

Also, his budding chemistry with Johnson is beautiful to watch.
I think the reactionary fans worry about his offence. The other people on this board are worrried about his defence. When Jose is on the court, we're the worst defensive team in the league (stats from Ligeia).

In the regular season we can outscore people. But when things tighten up in the playoffs and everything gets tougher with less calls, defence wins the games.

"Offence gets the glory, but defence wins the game" - Dennis Rodman. Jose doesn't need to go because he's hit a bad shooting stretch of 3 games, long-time fans want him gone because of his 3 YEAR stretch of bad defence.

You like Beli, so of course you mentioned him, when clearly if you watched the game without bias you would see that he Jose have started to develop a real nice chemistry.

And speaking of Beli...has that guy ever passed the ball on the break? EVER?

Why the hell would anyone worry about his defence. You know what you're getting from him at that end by now. He's horrible on D, always has been always will be... no point point in worrying about something when you know what you're getting. He is what he is, and if he's not distributing the ball and hitting his shots, then yikes!!

You mean when he threw the ball up to Amir yesterday on the break and got him a dunk.

BTW, he's had chemistry with Amir all season. And i've been bitching about Turk for weeks and i mentioned that he also had better chemistry with Amir. So that bias statement is bullshit.

Yeah, chemistry is all about highlight dunks, isn't it?

YIKES!!??

You know why the Suns never won a championship? (Aside from Robert Horry).

Because offence can't win championships, ever. They are a way better offensive team than we'll ever be and they weren't going to win a championship. We cannot look at the big picture and pretend to win it with Jose. And I don't even care if Banks plays or not or if we get another 2nd string PG like George Hill/Lowry type player.

Jose needs to be moved before the playoffs. And I think once we get there, Triano should consider moving Wright into starting SG leading into playoff time. The playoffs are a whole different mean atmosphere.. and guys like Calderon.. even Bosh or Bargs.. I'm worried about. Bosh/Bargs play enough defence to have us win in the playoffs, we cannot say the same about Calderon.

ALSO!! When teams play the same team 4+ times in a row (playoffs) they know EXACTLY what our weaknesses are. Calderon will get raped in the playoffs, mark my words. His defence is that bad, go replay last night's game if you don't believe me, I was shocked the 2nd time around.

No shit sherlock. Which is my point about Calderon, worrying about his defence is an excercise in futility. All it gets you is a headache.

Stir shit up? Yeah, sure...

One anomaly does not make a case for anything.

When's the last time he ever passed it to one of the trailers?

Hmm before this game i think he showed us some improvement on his defense. And he is really good scorer but he should try more attempts. And if we try zone defense Maybe he will look better on defense.

Anomaly? Oy vey!!

Whatever, for whatever reason you're in a mood to argue. If you think that he doesn't pass on the break then i don't know what else to say.

Had it not been for that ridiculous suspension a few years ago, the Suns had a legit shot.

Just sayin'

That's a good point. In 2007 playoffs the Suns were in a solid position to take the Spurs. The series was tied at 2-2, and the Suns had home court advantage. Alas, Robert Horry suckered the Suns bench into reacting.

But you know what, I'd take things even further. I'd say that during the 2006 playoffs the Suns had the pieces to get to the finals, and at least challenge for the title, if they had been healthy. People often forget that the Suns went all the way to the Western conference finals, and they didn't even have Amare. The Suns were missing a fucking all-star, and they still took the Mavs to 6 games in the Western conference finals. The Suns caught some really bad breaks after 2005.

Krilenko's contract would cause the city of toronto to file chapter 13.
Utah wont touch Jose with a ten foot pole.

Jose off the bench doesn't bug me, he's a great shooter and can run the offence. I don't think he's the odd man out just 'cause he isn't starting. Personally I prefer Jack 'cause Jarret is more agressive. I like PG's that take risks (Nash), I don't enjoy the conservative play of Jose but I can live with it 'cause it's not like he's throwing the ball away. If he stays I dont mind as long as he isn't on the court with JJ or defending late in games. If he gets traded it better be for a really good wing.
