Question Does Chuck Have A Case Or Is This Homerism At Its Best?

What do you think guys, is Chuck being a homer or do you think Jose should actually get some consideration for the Most Improved Player award at the end of the season?

I'm thinking that guys like Dunleavy and Hedo would get some serious consideration before Jose would? Would you agree?

i'd give it to Hedo.

Remember how chuck voted for Bargnani as R.O.Y. last year.

I'm pretty sure Swirsky is Latvian for "Homer".

I dont know if in this case it is so much homerism. I havent followed Dunlavey enough and Turkoglu was already really good. i would probalby say. Hedo first.

Thriller would agree with Chuck, he says Dunleavey is crap.

As for Bargnani, I liked him last year too.

If the season ended at All-Star break... then yes... Chuck is correct but now not a chance that he is right... Jose, right now is playing worst then he did at the end of last year.

Chuck sucks. His perspectives are dictated by the first and the fifteenth. lame as lame can get.

Consideration sure...should he win, i don't believe so. Hedo has been rock solid all year without really an expanded role(better surrounding players sure).

I'd vote for Jose but, then again, I'm slightly biased. Sorry JOse, Hedo gets it.

I think that Jose has had a terrific year. If he started the entire year and remained the starter we would never be in this fight for the sixth spot. Jose would have a been a allstar if he started over TJ from the beginning. Jose has been consistant all year. When TJ returned it was all about getting tj back into the line up. Jose would work his ass off only to see TJ play all of the 4th quarters. Not to many players in this league would have been able to go through what Jose did at the end and still play very well. Jose continues to play well with the return of TJ but he continues to swallow all the shit coming his way from TJ'S mouth. I would have loved to see the Spanish Fly slug TJ right in the face and tell him to dictate this you dick head.
Iin conclusion Jose lost out in becoming an all star this year because TJ started over him at the beginning and Jose will not get the MIP because of the return of TJ. Maybe TJ is right he does have the ability to dictate the game. What a prick !

So now it's TJ's fault Jose wasn't an all-star and won't win MIP?

I love this guy!

What don't you agree with Acie?

Had Jose started all year and played at the level he played at while he was starting, would he be an all-star?? Would he be more in line for MIP? I think so, the only thing we can take issue with is weither or not it was TJ's fault...clearly he doesnt make the decisions, so the blame must lay somewhere else, maybe even on Jose for giving up his spot.

I don't think it's TJ's fault.

yep, that and actually it was confirmed by the guy that commentates the NBA games in spain. A very respectful guy, good journalist. He confirmed that Calde personally told him.

calderon explained it on"Españoles NBA" (Tv show about spanish players in the NBA). They called him to a room and they told him about the convenience of putting him as a back up to relax Tj and to make a more productive balance of the two...
