Default Do we give up on Bargnani?

This season may be lost. Do we make a knee jerk reactionary move and trade Bargnani. Or do we try and move AP and Graham or ? for a tweek to the lineup. Then Colangelo can maybe make the necessary moves this summer, possibly trading JO and his expiring contract and sign a free agent.Do we really want to get rid Bargnani now? It's a tough position for Brian to be in.Bargnani is extremly frustrating to watch.

What to do??

Trade him? If we get something good. Give up on him? Not if it means getting no compensation or a garbage player in return.

You can't teach the swagger needed to be a stud in the NBA. You either have it or you don't. Bargnani? don't!

Timmy D doesnt have much swagger, but a boatload of skill and heart will make up for that, Bargs doesnt have that either.

Joey had some what of an excuse in that his shots were forced and off the dribble.

Bargs caught the ball and took a wide open 15 footer and AIRBALLED IT. How is this even possible? A 7 year old girl would have at least hit the backboard at least.

I mean swagger as in KNOWING you can kick ass out there. Not thinking you can or believing you can. Duncan knows it just like the vast majority of the true stars in the league. In any sport for that matter.

you have to give up on him, we're running out of time. If you decide to keep trying to build around Bosh, then you have to give up on Andreea, because Bosh will leave if this team sucks in 2010. If you decide to rebuild, than trading Andreea makes little sense.

I don't see us blowing this team before 2010, so unfortunately I have to agree with the nay-sayers. In a way, firing Mitchell might have been the time when Andreea's fate was decided. The only reason we kepy Sam was because we were trying to build on these young players. Firing him might mean we're switching to acquiring more veteran presence instead, and a veteran coach.

I'm *sort of* torn

On one hand, Bargs has given me like a mental contusion the last 3 years, I think we're all getting sick of this shit. When you shoot under 30% in a month for a 'shooting specialist', it's clearly a mental thing, the guy is just soft as butter.

On the other hand, mentally going into a shithole and losing his ability to shoot is pretty much the only thing holding this guy back from being at least a 15ppg scorer. The guy DOES have the talent to be a bigtime player. Is there any chance he gets a permanent state of confidence by the time he's 25? I'm leaning towards no. I think he's just fucked. Mental aspect is such a big part of the game. Some players just don't have it

Right now if we could squeeze Anthony Randolph out of him I'd jump for sure.

HE COULD VERY WELL BE THE WORST PLAYER IN THE LEAGUE RIGHT NOW.

THIS 'PERFORMANCE' IS RIDICULOUS.

HES FUCKING PLAYING FOR THE OTHER TEAM.
