Do the Raptors need to be a little more nastier?
Just reading that Magic GM Otis Smith would like to see his Orlando team play a little more angrier and it got me thinking, is this something Toronto should adopted? I for one would like to see our players play with some more aggression. Or, do you feel our players just don't have that "nasty bone" in their body? :confused2:

He exact words were that he'd like the team to have "a little more of a nasty attitude . . . be a little angrier."

Smith added that he isn't worried about all-star center Dwight Howard.

This guy looks tough.

Garbo has some nasty bones. TJ has some too, but they're small.

fuck... who are we kidding? we totally need to toughen up. Not so much in "plays" or what have you - just in attitude.

damn. beat me by a few seconds.

They need to learn from Joey, master of the strongest punch competition and the indian arm wrestle...

Who do you think is the toughest player we have right now?

I'd say andrea, after getting that elbow and still stayed in the game to make the 2 free throws has given me a new perspective of him.

^^^are you just saying that, cuz of how rasho is around the rim?

Acie 03-12-2008 09:01 PM

I think Rasho is kind of old school. He's never all smiley or chummy with other teams players and yeah he's not afraid to commit a hard foul.

fancylad 03-12-2008 10:21 PM

i second rasho.

Primoz also gets a vote.

TJ too, but he has to learn how to channel his aggresiveness, if you will.

Andrea's got a ways to go, but that elbow shot was a good sign of his character.
