Anyhow, back to the topic: I'll just finish here by saying my answer is no. I don't think we traded the wrong point guard. I do think that we traded him away for the wrong piece considering how weak we were at the 2 and 3 spot.

Dogbert, was fun arguing with you. Next time I work up the energy to do it again I'm sure we'll be at it again.

Night all.

That the players were telling the truth to the media when they talked about TJ Ford.

Ok, so by that same logic, everyone on the team liked Vince Carter, therefore his attitude was great and us, the fans who don't matter, simply were drawing the wrong conclusion about his attitude when we saw his body language on the court.

You, my friend, are simply a sheep of the press.

Goodnight!

Equating TJ Ford with Vince Carter, eh?

Vince's effort (or lack there of) was clearly apparent at the time, and it showed up in his stats. He later admitted to not trying as hard as he could have, which made things a lot worse for him.

TJ maintained his high effort throughout the season, and played well for the team down the stretch, and in the playoffs. I never got the sense that he wasn't trying, and I'm not sure why anybody else would (his stats were arguably better last year than the previous season when you consider percentages).

No, judging from your posts, you are the sheep of the press. I may be guilty of being too trustworthy of the players.

You already said that once already.

It's funny, because TJ has started 26 of 31 games this year and is averaging 31min a game, so he has started more games and played longer in most games... yet everybody here acts as if he is glued to the bench? Sorry, he was banged up and missed a few games and the injury was nagging (ask Jose about those) and with his history the pacers brought him back in slowly, he is still averaging more min and more starts tho... thx for trying tho TJ haters.

It was better to keep Jose, TJ ford had too much pride in him self he wants to be a franchise to bad he cant hes bench material, he still is in Indiana, he thinks he can be the hero in the fourth but every time he tryed we lost every game, cause of him i noticed that. so Jsoe better
