Well, Durant is a player. He's from another conference, he has game tape on his list that's much more important to him. I don't think he watched a ton of Toronto tape the last few years. And he only played so many games against Toronto (last year only 1).

Probably all he remembers about DeMar is that he was at All Star game and charity events, that he can really dunk, and that he has a dinosaur on his jersey = like Vince Carter.

DeRozans offensive repertoire is no where near where Vince's was.

Jeff has two word posts if he's lucky. There's not a lot of efficiencies to be gained there. I'd say most of us got you. I'm not getting Durant though. I suppose he really got bowled over by the Carter hype. Therefore he loves all Raptors teams, and sees new incarnations of VC at every opportunity, especially if they are playing in Toronto. It's a little unsettling to think that his thoughts about the game don't run much deeper than that. He looks so deep when he's wearing those glasses.

Demar is a corey magette/josh howard type player. Good scorer but thats really it. VC on the other hand was a legit superstar and was on par if not better than Kobe back in the day.

That's beyond the point. Demar is nowhere close to VC in his prime. I would take 2 years of VC over 15 years of Demar. Vince, pretty much on his own, took us to the conference finals; something DeMar will never accomplish.
