Delfino unlikely to sign with Raptors?

This was posted at RealGM and here's the supposed translation:

It says that He is pretty angry for being the last market objective of the Raptors for the next season and he expected a better contract that the 4M Raptors offered, he expected 5M a year. Seems like Delfino will contine with his carrer in Europe, but not in Khimki.
Can anyone translate this?

Cold, each colder day... Its participation with the Selection never was very hot, but the passing of time is playing in against. The same thing happens with that business about the NBA, that has gone freezing in the last hours. Today, in both, Delfino is more outside than inside, as ascertained Olé. A pity for Argentina and for Carlitos, that wanted to return the best league of the world and to play the Premundial (26/8 to the 6/9)..

Him does not like to the santafesino that Toronto, that of entrance declared interest in repatriating it because recalls very well his contribute since the bank in the season 07/08, left him as last objective of market and not yet presented a coherent offering with regard to what wins in Russia. The Khimki, where he is two years old more than contract, he pays him some 10 million dollars, more he marries, car (with chauffeur) and less taxes. Carlitos expected that the Raptors gave him five million annual. Did not it have dramas in resigning the half and to pay the 500,000 of the cancellation clause, but not even to that arrived. Since their environment they say that there are other proposals but none satisfies and therefore today are pessimists. Khimki, that already hired to a good double one of bases (the Spanish López and Heads) and by the doubts already a foreign escort was assured (Keith Langford), expects it to go with all in the début of the Euroliga...

Ciao Premundial? Close are neither optimists with regard to their presence in Puerto Rico. "If it remains in Khimki, is more difficult because the club does not want. It prefers that recover well of the shoulder... Not even it authorizes and sends the passages so that Carlitos trip to Italy for a test that permits us to know how continues of the wound. ..”, they told him Olé. Sergio Hernández is up to date with all. "Two days ago I spoke with Carlos and told me that, that is very difficult. But not all is said, I it story. To the 24 it has time", explained the DT of the Selection. The delay on its future and the wound have it badly. "It told me that bother the shoulder, even when leaves to run", added Sheep, who advanced that if does not go Head, will not call to another. "Already I assembled the list thinking about that someone could descend", he said. "I do my hair'a very'a nice'a you know??" Carlos says. Surely Paolo Farmers and Diego Garcia will be the gay escorts of the team and the touchers of the wingers, Fede Kammerichs and Matías Sandes. Would be an important poo drop. But the hope is the last thing that is lost.

So without Delfino our SG's are Wright/Douby? + Jack (a few minutes here and there?)

And our Bench SF are DD/George?

Yikes! Delfino not coming is ok, i guess? But the problem is now we have no $$ to go get another SG/SF + 1 or 2 Bigs. Once Jack is signed we're left with Bi annual (2Mil) + Vet Minimum (1.4Mil)

What are you going to do if Belinelli does actually get here and he's really no better than he's been to this point in the league? Don't get me wrong - I kinda like the idea as well, but it seems to be some kind of mantra with you.

There's going to be lots of guys looking for jobs as the summer goes on that we might be able to pick up on the cheap.

I think he's exactly what we need at SG. Good defender, can shoot and is a combo. Not only that he only makes 1.4Mil, which is probably why he won't be traded, at least yet. But BC really likes him so i'll cross my fingers.

Part of me truely believes he'll be here this season. 1Mil apart won't make him want to stay in Europe imo.

except delfino we can't get outside the exceptions. For the minimum we might get some players, or we might not. If delfino is smart, he takes the qualifier and player for small money for one year and tries to cash next season as a fa.

i think delfino falls under a different class of player because we own the rights to sign him so he's kind of a re-sign player and in that case we can go over the cap re-signing him
