Delfino Heading Back To Detroit?

Apparently the Pistons are interested in Carlos again.

I'm not sure that's a good fit. Didn't he trash the Pistons front office when he left? I can see Dumars being interested, but I can't see Delfino being interested in going back there. I think Delfino will end up in San Antonio or he'll be off to Europe.

That might be not bad for him in a way. At least then he could back-up Rip Hamilton instead of being a 3rd or 4th stringer. It's just he was really at his best when he was in Detroit.

06-07 - 5.2 ppg / 1.1 ast / 16.7 mins
07-08 - 9.0 ppg / 1.8 ast / 23.5 mins

But then again he was only 22-25 when he was with Detroit.

Detroit could use him.

He's a decent perimeter defender too...he fits in with what they try and do over there.

I think he would rather go to San An though. He could see pretty major minutes over there. Last I heard, the rest of their backup 2/3's were looking to sign endorsement deals hocking these fine items

I just read today on espn's rumours page that Cavs are interested in Delfino and there might be some kind of sing and trade with toronto. Apparently Pavlovic could be exchanged for Delfino.

I say we do something like Pavlovic + 2nd rounder for Delfino

I think it's more like pavlovic for delfino + graham or something like that. We must shed more salaries to be able to sign pavlovic.

I don't see there being any chance that Delfino would consider them. He couldn't get far enough away from them when he was traded. He hated it there.

Having Pavlovic here wouldn't be a bad thing at all. He would really give the bench a boost and could spell AP when he's tired or just not playing well. The more I think about it the more I like it.

Larry Brown = less minutes for young players. Especially international ones.

No way Carlos is going back to Detroit. He hated it there. Hopefully he stays here. Or better yet even use him in a trade. (Like the Pavlovic one)

I think Delfino will be in Europe next season as a couple of teams are really trying to urge him and will probably overpay.

Well god forbid an NBA team will beat any of the European team's offers. The offers over there are CRAZY. And we wonder how and why so many players move to Europe.

curry is the head coach now he wasnt the coach that time but i think he was the assistant coach, not sure though.
