Former USC NBA players:
Nick Young
Brian Scalabrine
Gabe Pruitt
O.J. Mayo
Desmon Farmer
Renaldo Balkman
OJ Mayo
Robert Pack
Harold Minor

I'm sure there are many more..... feel free to add to the list. The real question is, after looking at this list, does it make you think any less of DD's potential and likelihood to fulfill it?
Actually... Harold Minor did. Came out, high flying guy, the next MJ. Had a mid range game and crazy hops, got his SlamDunk on at the Allstar game, jacked up a few big shooting nights here and there...then sucked, then his knee's died.

Hmm.......Derozan seems to be making the same splash. Hmm.....

In his best season, Harold Miner averaged 10.5 pts pergame. In his sophmore season, Derozan averaged 17 plus per game, and is averaging 16 plus this season. With Health, Derozan missed 5 games in his rookie season, played the full 82 games last year, and all 47 games this year. Deron has been the most durable player for the Raps for the last couple of years. Yes Derozan has taken a step backward, but he is much better player than Harold Miner.

he sucks. get over it.

that, and to be honest, he has eff all for "athleticism" . You can go down to Queens Quay and Bathurst and play with guys that can do what he does.

BAH!

Pretty ridiculous to bring up a school and a list of players. This list can be turned around and you can say, hey, look at how many nba players have come out of this school.

Hell, Steve Nash came out of Santa Clara, Lamar Odom out of Rhode Island, Chauncey out of Colorado, Bosh out of Georgia Tech, Wade out of Marquette, Stockton out of Gonzaga, I can go on and on and on.

It's a ridiculous argument to make.

And really, Queen and Bathurst? I've seen those same guys play, and I'd REALLY, like to see them drive against an NBA defender, look out for the help defender coming in for the weak side block and then instictively take the contact (because there's ten times as much in the nba than in any college league) and finish. Yeah, I haven't seen those guys around too much, just a bunch of guys who can dunk in a game when no one is defending.

Hey now, we know how SJ loves the streetballers. And Demar is clearly useless as we've seen since Harold was last mentioned.
