D. Smith: Hump's days numbered?

You know who Iím not sure I want to be?

Kris Humprhies.

Now, I like Hump and think heís got some promise but I can be pretty certain in saying that if Bryanís out there trying to make multi-player trades, one of the guys heíll offer in a package and one of the guys other teams might look at is Hump.

Heís 24, shows some promise some time, has a very manageable contract ($2.9 million this year, $3.2 million in 2010-11) and if thereís a chance to make some that might include a big man coming back along with something else, Humpís got some value.
Bring back Pops and trade Hump.

i can only hope
hump is like the prototypical player on a team that the home media/team talk up like he's a useful member of the team and is a contribution on and off the court, but in reality has no effect on the team but on the salary cap

^^
exactly, he brings out the mentality that he's 1 of the major guys on the team because he has bonds with core players and you see him on tv and stuff, but in reality he's not a difference maker on the team in anyway, on or off the court

Exactly!!!

There are hundreds of Kris Humphries out there. I like the guy but no real effect on the team. I think we have seen his ceiling.
