If lets there is a chance we have a position to fill with a superstar. What position would you pick and why?

I say PG or a wing player who can play both SG/SF.

PG or D12(only C worth being the superstar of a team)

If Jose is going to make it happen, then a PG, but if not we have 2 capeable PGs... so SF/SG

I would say C but that's where Bargnani has to stay for the future now if Davis and Johnson want to develop. So, a PG would be great. But I still hope the old Jose is coming back for this season.

PG.
caldy wont always have a 15 assist night. i like Bayless as our backup, but i still cant believe in our future if Jose's our starting PG... i hate to say it but he needs to go if we could get a star in that position.

Most likely a PG. We have good young wings but if not a PG then a SF will also do

PG, SF

Having a ridiculous PG would be great 1st. And that would elevate everyone from where they are now, especially the wings.

I also have to look at what is currently here....who would it be easiest to replace without wondering what they are still capable of. That would be the SF position.

I think if they continue to play like last night, they might not need a superstar per se, and might actually be better off without one. I think I might prefer a little more depth up front, and a guy that can hit big shots on something of a star level. They could be be much like Larry Brown's teams (putting AI in Philly aside), in which case a Reggie Miller or a Chauncey Billups would be nice, but the biggest factor is going to be working well together on the defensive end, and I sure as shit could go for that.

in fact i don't understand people who say we need a sf/sg ?
WTF !
we have 4 player at this position who can all start : DD, Weems, Barbo, Kleiza. so why bring a player who will want the ball too much ?

in fact, these last days or weeks, i search for a trade who can bring us some, but i remenber nw why i want not have a superstar in our team.

Without bosh, we see that the famous chemistry is way better without a superstar.
But if you want a superstar, take Nash to guide your youth and so we will have the same like caldy (but better).

But, not to mention the win over okc, but i think this team need stability right now, no more move, above all one will be useless in futur.

let's growing up our roster, make them play more than possible together, and we will see what appear to be usefull just before the all-satr, don't you think ?

they show us what they can do, and triano seems no more like a uncapable coach, more like a capable coach.

don't you think fan are a little schizophréniac ? because, after every game, threat about trade or impove exchange appear, and nothing exit from that !

In fatc i wonder, if we should not create a forum, only for trade.
I'm not the last one to do it, sure.

can we maybe create a forum about coaching. where we can discuss about play, about strategic, about every part of the raptor's game himself. no ?

schizophreniac mode on :
i rather want a good solid player and young at a sf spot. Sefa, batum ?

All the great teams in this league have an elite point guard so that is what the raps need for their next superstar. We do not need a superstar sg since i feel the potential for derozan is a 20+ ppg man and weems is killing it at the sf.
