In the east, None other than Dwight.

In another year, none other than Bargs, Dwight would be runner up.

Who else is there?

Bogut-Nope
Horford-NOPE
Wallace-Nope
Z-nope
JO-Nope

horford probably.

depending on the team you are putting together, maybe even perkins. i say that because the celts would be noticeably weaker in d and rebounding with Bargs and the wouldn't need him to score. for the raps... not sure. probably not.

i don't think there's anyone else.

Perkins is underrated imo, top 5 in the entire league for awhile this year, has since slipped a bit, but missed some games.

Obv i would take Big Al

In terms of play Big Z is still better for now. But yeah not in value

I'd have a hard time choosing between
Bargs
Bogut (who is being underused)
Lopez
Okafor

alt: Horford (I like him but I feel Lopez is a better version)

I'd probably go with Bogut right now as a compliment to Bosh if I had to choose, but I'm happy at least Bargs is in the conversation with those guys

remember when people were saying stuff like he was a 7ft shooting guard?

if he can continue to get stronger without losing too much mobility... he can end up being a really interesting pivot.

i want to see his passing again. remember how well he was passing the ball in year 1? they looked great. sharp and timely passes. when/if he's bringing that part of his game, his play will gain a level. and he'll make his teammates better.

with the love aura surrounding him its hard to take anyone but howard. however there are still a lot of good pivots. some, like dalembert, are having poor spells. but others like bogut are really overlooked. actually, i haven't paid much attention to him this year but he closed out last season really well. horford is good. and lopez is doing really well in jersey, especially for a rook.

z is very good, wallace...

ah hell, Bargnani > sabonis

Wow...imagine if this question was asked a month ago?

I'm not sure how I would have answered. I agree Bogut isn't used properly and Lopez in NJ could develop into a special player but right now as in today i would rather Bargnani ahead of either of them. Horford is solid, but isn't big enough.

If you asked me a month ago, i might have said Lopez or Bogut though

On the topic of Cs though... I'd take Bargs over Biedrins. I feel Biedrins' stats are inflated from being the only big on a Nellieball team... definitely not sold on him offensively either.

wow... crazy talk!
Beidrins is an animal.

in the east, i'd take Bogut, and Horford over Bargs....
strictly for their rebounding skill and ability to clog the paint.
I like bargs, but having our C hanging around at the 3pt line isnt my idea of what a C should be doing.
i'm oldschool when it comes to positioning. i like my PG's to be playmakers, i like my C's to be bruisers in the paint.

I'd take all of them. first and foremost, Bargnani is not a legit C and gets killed by any of those guys in the post.

Secondly, yes, he's showing major improvement in scoring (mainly 3s and jumpers) after his 3rd year when getting significant minutes but on a losing team. He was a 1st pick overall (currently in his 3rd year and on a shitty team)!

I wont even discuss his defense, basketball IQ, no rebounding skill for a "C" or hesitant tentative nature.

come on get down on earth.

dwight Howard is only tall and can do some dunks but beside this he is not so good in defence his stats of blocks are stupid because its a block or a foul that he do each time it is almost 50% each
