I find it peculiar that he doesn't mention Andrea all the time like he did before...Now he focuses on the "Young Gunz", like we're in the business of creating rap albums.

I really thing BC loves challenges like this. Bosh leaves and i truely believe it rejuvenates him and gets him going to try and reshape this team. I believe him when he says they're energized.

+1

He's admitting his faults and realizes what he has to do. He knows that the team wasn't good defensively and needs to improve on its athleticism and work ethic.

I liked the letter much better than Gilbert's, that's for sure. The sky is not falling, the free agent exercised his right to play elsewhere, we were somewhat compensated, it's time to move on.

It can't be like Gilbert's, Dan Gilbert owns the team, he can write what he wants. Bryan is an employee of MLSE, any bad pub reflects negatively on him, the club and more importantly the owners.

Perfect letter, I'm pumped as hell that he actually addressed us! Can't wait for the future moves.

Yeah it was a good professional letter to the fans.

But why did he capitalize "WIN" and "WINNERS"????

I hate the name "Young Gunz"...

I mean it's not like Emilio plays for the Raptors or anything

Putting an emphasis on positive words, smart move.

Yeah...I get what he was going for.

I just think there are better ways to emphasize his points than to use all capital letters.

Using all capitals to emphasize is something I expect from a blog or forum...It just seemed out of place in what should be a well written document.

No big deal really.

honestly I believe BC is feelin relief, building around Chris Bosh was always going to be a fail, hell he is now the 3rd option on his new team

it must suck for BC who truly did everything in his power to improve this team while Bosh was here

now BC can get down to it and build a team the way he wants to

I believe in him, and wouldn't be surprised if we end up with some good assets a year from now

I like our young core already, which is probably the 9th or 10 best team in the east right now anyways, which is exactly what we were last year which the so called franchise player in Bosh

with guys like

Demar
Bargnani
Amir
Sonny
Jack
Davis
Alabi which is a long term project player
belinelli

vets
Turk
Jose
Kleiza

its funny everyone wants to rip on BC about euros but 6 of 8 young players are non euros, 5 from the U.S and 1 from Africa

Seriously, who wants to bet he would have never wrote that letter (or his PR person) had Gilbert not wrote his?

As a long-time admirer of the art of signature, I can tell you I find Bryan's stunningly beautiful.

Love his confidence and that mentions this city AND this Country

Time to do a solid rebuild!

So happy he got some good pieces to work with in that S&T.
