age is important, but I think having access to NBA training methods/facilities will also help him improve. Moon spent his previous years looking for contracts, not training hard. He might have the first summer of his life where he can concentrate on really improving his game, without worrying about the next paycheck. I think he will be very much improved next season - I'm 100% sure of that.

Yep moremilk, I have actually never though about that. Is difficult to try to play at such a high level when you are struggling to get your next paycheck to eat. And I doubt the globetrotters teach a lot of tactics to their players.

no, they don't, but what they do teach, we just might enjoy on AllStar weekend.

hahaha

this might be the best star yet. We have players in both teams in the rookie game, we have kapono and moon, Bosh in the big game + we get to see kobe and nash battling out in the 3pt competition. But the best thing of all - it's also a brand new long weekend - long live McGuinty ...

I wouldn't mind seeing him here. Written about him a few times in the posts...I think there's a lot of potential there. Question is, do the Raptors want somebody with potential or somebody who's ready to own the boards now? Probably the latter.

Yeah, similar, but he's stronger on the boards and plays tougher D. All round, Bargnani is easily the better player, but I think Hermann likes to mix it up a bit more. Not a fit for the Raptors right now.

still, where do you get minutes for him - we already have enough troubles getting everybody to play (Humphries, Rasho), and it's not like hermann is a huge improvement over either of these 2. Sure, if we can get him for dixon, I have no problem there.

well since Pau is gone:

18/9 with a handful of blocks and steals.

this is who we should have traded for at the deadline.
Moon wishes he could be this good.

you think ya just go on out and get whoever I suppose?

Hey guys, let us have your top pick from a few years ago, you can have our crap, and an expiring contract.

Not likely.

I do see what ya mean though, Warrick is playing well, you are the man.

Rub that shit all up on my face.

warrick would have been as easy as graham and dixon, IMO.
i honestly thats all it would have taken to get him.
now, thats not likely.
