I think he gained most of the the muscle on his core rather then his Bi's, tri's, and shoulders. Basketball is all about core strength.

I agree...I hope he has been working on his hops too cause he needs to be able to jump higher than last year.

Do chest excercises Bosh! I think Bosh is scared of the bench press.

I'd rather have him working out the core and his boxing out rather then his hops. He can already out jump 85% of his opponents.

All I care about is the knees, and to me it looks like they are damn fine strong. Excuse me while I dry hump my pilates ball...

It would for Bosh, he gets pushed around easily in crucial moments and needs to add bulk (a lot of it would be from the chest)

Bench press helped a lot of players (Malone, LJ, Shaq, Howard, Lebron, the list goes on and on and on) The bench press even helped Bargnani bulk up last year.

Considering they had guards that were unable to even make an entry pass, I can't see how alley oops have much to do with his ability to finish on the receiving end.

With the additions of Turkoglu, Jack and Belinelli we'll see more alley oops this season...ones that actually work.

How many put back jams do u remember as well?

More hops would help him defend too...ie Block more shots.

Trust me not many players are afraid Bosh is going to dunk on them because he either doesn't or he just can't.

He doesn't have any trouble dunking, so I won't trust you on that one. But I agree that good wheels will help him defensively all-around, not just in terms of jumping. Moon could jump and that hurt his defense more than helped it. Bosh needs to strengthen those legs to help him stay fresh longer, avoid injury and be able to control more space on a horizontal plane. He does plenty vertically.

So can anyone note how good his legs look in terms of improved strength?

It can also be a negative affect too. Look at Greg Oden and look at how much muscle mass he gained compared to his college years. The guy can barely move and he has to hack his opponent every time he runs past by him. Additionally, with all that weight on his knee his lower body is very injury prone.

Bosh is one of the weakest PF's in the league, he needed to bulk up and didn't (his chest is his weakest area) Bosh should be atleast 255+ lbs to be taken seriously.
