Just out of curiosity... what has Rose done so far to merit all this praise?

Better than Bosh? Based on ONE year?

Top 3 PG??? He's not even top 5.... (Nash, Billups, Rondo, Deron, Ellis, Davis, Jennings?)

If we can get Derrick Rose does that mean Jose can go bye bye as well? Btw who will play well with Rose if we decide to trade most of our players for others?

Rose has been injured this year. His play last year and his playoff play is more than enough to convince anyone that hes gonna be in the same sentence as Dwill and Paul soon.

Assuming he comes back 100% evenually

hay look Bosh said it, its true, but the problem is Bosh played 16 mins he is
-20

bargs played 21 mins he's -10 no rebounds amir also -10 with 7 rbs ( by the way amir and Bargnani is better mix than Bosh and amir)

calderon played 23 mins he's -23

these guys are carry over from laster

also they guys that gave us energy don't have great stats either amir at -10

the stats say everything

potential top 3 pg I said

I rate him higher than Ellis, wouldn't say Jennings Rondo and even Nash are better. Rose plays better D than Nash and Jennings and better O than Rondo

he was #1, rookie of the year, if the first year is the standard he'll continue on he's definitely in Boshs league imo

Lol... I can't believe that I forgot Chris Paul too.

Rose isn't better than Ellis yet.... he could be in short order.

Rondo is the best defensive PG in the NBA and brings things to that position that not many can.

Nash... is Nash. If you don't think that a 2-time MVP is better than Rose then I don't know what to tell you.

Rose has a lot to prove before his name can even be mentioned along with Bosh's.

If you think Rose is not in the same league in terms of talent as Bosh I don't know what to tell you.

Nash is a great player, one of a kind, but I doubt the Bulls would do much better if they replace Rose with Nash. just my opinion.

Just watched the interview with Jack on raptors.com, I think he just became my favorite player on the team. Damn STRAIGHT things aren't ok, and white-washing it isn't helping.

Giving 145 in any game against any opponent. Kind of reminds me of giving 81 points to some player.

Did the team really not change since then?
Soon I'm going to be rooting for NJN instead. At least they are not letting opponents score 130. Repeatedly. In regulation!

right on Gabe.

It shows he is pissed and that he cares.

Colangelo needs to fire Jay. Its sad but true. I thought it was a mistake to go with him to begin with but I was willing to give him a fair chance. His team is giving up on him and when that happens its time to go. Colangelo needs to cut his losses and take his medicine. He should fly to where ever JVG is, get down on his knees with a sack of money and plead with him to take the job.

I was never on the hire Triano bandwagon as much as I respect him and his knowledge for the game...we need a firecracker of a coach, someone that won't sit around and pretty everything up...someone that will light a fire under these soft players. If Triano were replaced...by a proven coach like Van Gundy i wouldnt' be upset. If he's replaced by a member of his staff I'll seriously question BC for the first time.

In the bright side,

Derozan dropped 21 and Evan Turner would be our draft pick!

Plus 2 high ass 2nd rounders in a deep deep motherfucking draft.

This is an excellent point. By mentioning JVG I was establishing this but I should have come out and said it clearly too.

"We are not a good team" Thats bullshit coming from your so-called leader. This is the guy who is supposed to set the tone for the rest of the team, the guy who is supposed to lead the charge. I dont know why i'm surprised, I guess I got had by the whole "wow he put in huge amounts of work in the summer, he's much stronger, maybe he won't get pushed around anymore" but it's BS. His temperment is the problem, he's just acting like the bitch he is. Shaq was right.

Bosh has huge talent but like someone said in the thread he's a mental midget.

Then our season still sucks because we do not have the right pieces and BC has the canned excuse of the coach not being able to put in his system in training camp. Book it.

I disagree. A coach like JVG would get the most out of this talent.
