Lol... the NBA isn't leaving Toronto anytime soon... WAY too profitable.

And how much worse can we get by trading a player who has been a disappointment for FIVE years?? We already suck!

+1. our offense can go through others, like DD and Barbie( new nickname i thought of ), even weems has shown to be consistant with his jumper. maybe our ppg scored would be 2 less without bargnani, but i suspect our ppg against us would be 8 lower. thats a big improvement.. and thats wthiout considering who we'd get for him..

If BC was able to get Avery Bradley for Sonney Weems. I'd officially make him my valentine.

You know, I see o many trade scenario's that guys come up with, where we end up getting some other teams garbage, for our garbage.

Avery Bradly?
Brooks???

Mayo?

Guys, if these dudes were any good, the teams that have um would keep um.

Ohhh bullshit, good to excellent players get traded. If we got Mayo or Brooks they'd instantly become our best player.

Bradely??? Why not, people say he is defensive stopper!!! Give it a try... we don't have defenders on PG spot!

I've lucked into seeing some of Bradley this year. Dude gets after it on the defensive end. Would love to acquire him.

bradley also has the wingspan of 6'7, plus hes more natural at the 2 spot, guarding and spot up mid-range shooting, plus his raw athleticism could make him into a poor mans westbrook.

I would've welcomed Bradley with open arms before the season started, but I think he's redundant now that we got Bayless....

if we don't land kyrie irving in the draft I'm sure Aaron Brooks would be the no 1 target of Colangelo

he reminds me of a better version of T.J Ford

i agree, but i think TJ has a better ability to pass and he`s faster
but brooks definitely has the scoring on him

brooks would definitely be an upgrade, but for me i still think he`s not at a high enough level to be on a raptor championship team, unless we get some superstars in the other positions

i never liked brooks. i just dont like to see point guards who want to shoot first, call me old fashioned, but i like my point guards shooting as a last resort.

i was somewhat overzealous on that one.

on a general note, i'm getting fed up with all the accusations of 'stupidity' at the moment. why are we losing the ability to engage with other members without throwing out the word stupid all the time? i know the raps are going through some tough times, but dudes are coming on here to express their opinions. we can either engage with them or we can act like dicks and just insult each other. i understand frustration, and even some snippiness at the end of a long back and forth, but just pouncing on a dude and calling their opinions stupid isn't helping this forum maintain the good discussion that has always made it what it is.

I only replied because he called the proposed trades stupid when they were actually better than the garbage he put up
