Bah, ha, ha the Cavs get owned by the Magic and how do they retaliate? By targeting multiple players on a lotto team, that's how.

Parker takes too many tough shots. Give him away.

Ok, and? 007 still makes a valid point. Parker DID take a lot of bad shots this year.

Parker's not a starter on an elite team, but he'd be a hell of a nice piece off the bench.

Dude's still got game and let's not forget what a nice job he did running the point when called to do so this year....flirted with a couple of triple doubles too if I'm not mistaken.

Teams would love to have a solid, versatile veteran presence off the bench like him, but yeah...let's give him away.

Parker has A LOT to offer still.

Like Acie said, a good / contending team is a better fit for him as he will be used in a more limited way where he will have more potential to succeed. I mean here, he is playing the role of the guy that needs to create his own shot. On a better team, he wouldn't need to do that. Let's remember that Parker is one of the better 3 point threats here - and with a guy like Lebron there to take the brunt of the oposing defences, you can be sure that Parker will have an easier time doing what he does well.

I hope that Colangelo does bring him back here and i think that Parker fully wants to be back.

My only concern is his age. I think we'll see signs of that as a problem not next year, but more likely the year after and beyond. Still, if it's a choice between Parker and Delfino as of right now, i think Parker is a better / safer player to rely upon.

He just needs the right role where he doesn't haven't to work so hard on both ends for long stretches. Ask him to do a little less, like they were able to when there were more healthy bodies, and he will give much more than what we saw on many nights last season.

Losing Parker isn't a good thing. It might be unavoidable due to the numbers, but he's a good guy to have on a team.

I was talking with a media guy buddy of mine who is a beat writer for the lakers, he was saying a lot of peeps down there would love Parker on the Lakers, but that they don't see any way to trade for him.

He's valuable.

The Lakers are gushing over Ariza. His stock is probably insanely high after what he showed in the playoffs.

Parker would be a major value coming off the bench. A guy who can give you near 40% 3 pt shooting, has a high bball IQ, can handle the ball, and can defend(dont let the Raptor ball fool you, you put him on a contender and notice the difference)? Thats a major bargain at 4 mil or less. Hes still going to have 2-3 years left in him where he can produce like Finley has the past few years IMO, he was so inconsistant because we forced him to play starters minutes because we sucked. Replacing Pavlobitch or Szshdedeffe biak with Parker would be a HUGE upgrade for the Cavs.

We need to keep AP to make our bench strong. Theres not much more you can ask for out of a backup SG than AP.

I don't see any value in trading Parker for a dude that I couldn't bring home to Mom.

That's all i'm sayin.
