I see him selling himself for a big contract and attracting the 29 US-based team. Most NBA players are trying not to play for Toronto cuz' of taxes and all that. Also, he hates the fact that kids playing hockey at midnight when he's trying to sleep.

From what I observed from him, if he had to choose what team he would like to play, it would not be Toronto.

Free Agency nowadays is not Free Agency anymore. A team has the power to match any offers whatever team their RFA player would like to play for.
I disagree derozan was exactly the same coming out of college last year, and davis looks way more comfortable now that he has a role and knows his teammates
