Calderon out with groin strain?

Could be bad news for Spain if he misses next game?

Anyone know if he will play?

Dont pull a Jorge, Jose, sit out if you have to :P

Ex2k 08-20-2008 10:39 AM

he better sit the fuck out!!!!!

MikeToronto 08-20-2008 11:34 AM

:(

Chito 08-20-2008 12:02 PM

This is not good news. Hopefully it's just a minor thing.

rapsfan087 08-20-2008 12:06 PM

At the end of the game he was jumping with all the team while celebrated the win, so he won't be too bad. :)

BTW, nice game, Spain played the 4 quarters, better late than never.

Dino Blogger 08-20-2008 12:16 PM

Its not a bad thing if he doesn't play anymore if he does that is a entire different issue and than I want to hear all the Jose is a great guy stuff. We will really see what kind of a TEAM PLAYER Jose is. The question is what team Spain or Raptors.

MikeToronto 08-20-2008 12:23 PM

Spain should be all right with Rubio and Rodriguez running the point, but I am sure Jose really wants to keep going. We will see in the coming days just how bad the injury is.

And Dino Blogger - you are a tireless self-promoter. Every post of yours either contains a direct link to your blog or mentions it in some other form. Maybe it's just me, but I find it very annoying.

Dino Blogger 08-20-2008 12:26 PM

Gone Happy? I find you annoying Mike so I guess that makes us even.

MikeToronto 08-20-2008 12:28 PM

How much do you fine me? Where do I pay?

You opened yourself up to it. If it makes you a better writer, just heed the advice.

Benzo, get a poll going.

For Dino Blogger. I've checked out your blog and i like it. You do a really good job. At the same time, you don't really have to mention it so frequently. But by all means, keep posting here and add to the discussions.

In real life, I am actually kind of sweet. ;)

I am not such an asshole on the Internet either. You seem to bring out the worst in me.

LOLOLOLOL. :clapping:

Ugo Ferst 08-20-2008 02:10 PM

I just get the feeling the Olympics are more important to Jose then the Raptors, and he would risk injury to play in them, where as i dont think he would risk injury if it were reversed and he might miss the Olympics.

'trane 08-20-2008 02:19 PM

horseshit. i'm sure jose values the raps as much if not more than the spanish national team. he saw what happened with jorge and what that did to the team and to jorge's reputation in toronto. he just signed on here for the long term. no way he's jeopardizing that now. jose is a real pro.

of course i have no idea what will happen, but i'm guessing he'll take it easy and we'll see a happy and healthy jose in toronto when the nba season opens.

MangoKidHoops 08-20-2008 02:21 PM

..and Rubio will take his place. The Spaniards have depth at the PG position.

Snooch 08-20-2008 02:21 PM

All he needs is a good deep massage.....

who's gonna help him out/

Not it
