Here's a synopsis via RealGm poster:

Quote:
CB4 is gonna be fine, one of those things that could get worse and some sensitivitiy just keeping an eye on it. Not sure how he is responding to treatment but will see today how he is. Nice to have a lul in the schedule to push to get on the court.

Started off bad 7-13 was not a true showing of our team, we were 5-5 in PHX and we lost at the end. POssession for possession we were up with the a top team, took a step back after that game. Untill washington then cleared the air. COaches there for them and on them (dirty?) Jay has done a great job this year, except for the two broken clipboards

Feels similar to 06-07 and the guys are responding. Sonny and Amir are contributing more than they thought. Doesnt want to jinx it, thought Saturday night basketball was weird, but it was sold out so it was great.

Bargs, why is he flourishing? Not a knock on sam but Jay is really helping him, he isnt so anxious and easier for him to get comfortable and seeing him applying it to a game is a different story, more confidence. They said he wouldnt be rookie of the year, and that he is a good fit for the team. Capable of scoring 20 a night, more physical nice little inside game. Not ever going to be a great rebounder because of the way they play. You cant knock him because he doesnt get boards, because he is not asked to be under the rim because of Chris. His block are usually flat footed, and he is starting to get it all together and he is still very young.

Reggie Evans- Waiting for the squeeze play before he is actually back (makes Kaman reference) getting his timing not really explosive yet. It is great to have a guy like Reggie to come in and cvhange up the game. Having him and Amir to be able to turn to is great. Marco may not play.

The guys asked about the Kaman incident, BC wants to see how its written in the rule book. Everything he represents on and off the court is great.
Not about the stat sheet, its about Practice and things you dont see.

Dont think I missed anything.

Why will Marco 'may not play'? Is he hurting or just out of the rotation for now because he's not been consistant?

I heard the spiel, and it truly wasn't a knock on Sam. He wanted to laud Jay without making it seem like something was missing before, and then he went out of his way to explain that they knew it was going to take time for Andrea to make use of his skills in game situations.

Unfortunately I missed the part about Marco.

BC's mention of the squeeze play, and how he was looking to see it happen here yet, was a little weird.

His exact quote:

"The luxury of this team is, Jay has alot of different guys he can turn to that some nights Marco won't play, other nights he'll be out there helping us win"

"That's just one example but the depth of this team is gonna help us go places"

He was talking about Reggie Evans squeezing Kaman's balls last season.

He even joked about how he would like to see the way that rule would be written up in the rule book. lol

That was a crazy play. Did everyone see Artest pull down Pierce's shorts during an inbound pass in the playoffs. Two crazy players who will do anything.

I think we need to somehow keep Bellinelli in the rotation because he brings a great ability to drive to the basket, absorb contact and still finish. Raps are too perimeter oriented as it is and he and Jack are the two best attackers from the perimeter on the team. Come playoffs, you can't stress going inside enough, you need to be tough and be able to score while taking a beating at the same time. Guys like Belli and Jack are great at absorbing contact and hitting offbalance unorthodox shots. Heck Belli pretty much practices off balance shots all season. They need to continue to play Marco and develop him, he's still pretty young.

too bad belli is an inconsistent shooter that has the ability to score 20 in one game, and in the very next game score 0. Thats why he is benched. Wright is doing too good a job right now

when he's on, he's pretty good and fun to watch. the other 50% he's less than that.however i expect triano to keep putting him out there a couple of minutes if the team needs a jolt. they arent deep enough at the 2 to clompletely ignore him.... unless iverson becomes available.... hahaha j/k..... or am i ?

Yeah Beli needs to get out of the Nazr Mohammed/Delfino groove of playing awesome one game and being worth way more than his contract, and then being an absolute dog the next.

Beli is way too good of a shooter (not to mention penetrator) to be shooting 40.1% for us this year. Wright is shooting 42.1% with stellar D, Weems is shooting 47.1% and DeRozan is shooting 47.7%.

True, Marco takes the most 3's of all of them, but he should still be shooting better overall.
