He's too small to be relied upon as a C.... but he's a good young big, but he's not giving us much more than a Reggie Evans type.... which is good, maybe a little more offense, but still, he's not someone we'd be giving much more than AA and a second rounder for.

Are his draft injury concerns an issue any more? No ACL or something?

I really liked him in college, was shocked to see him drafted only in 2nd round. But if we get him we might say good bye to the beard

His knees were questionable, still are to a degree. And why would he have to get rid of the beard?

He's been pretty solid when he's had minutes. I wouldn't want him to play 35+ since his knees would probably explode but 20-25 as a backup big would be good. He's a big body and he has a nose for the ball and a decent scoring touch around the basket.

if anyone can maximize anderson it'd be pop. this would be a good trade n both accounts. we have a logjam at wing and need big bodies. it just makes sense

Acy doesn't play anymore with JV Amir and Gray in front of him. If we get one more big guy Acy would move to D league for long long time, maybe for ever

Acy will be taking the spot formerly held by Linas next season.

I loved Blair and wanted him, however, I wonder how effective he'd be outside th "awesome" that is Popovich and his over all Basketball brilliance.

Would casey be able to glean from Blair what Pop could?

I think Blair would do better in other teams, because they limit their players a lot

Great point, this team sucks at role definition and accountability.

Worst comes to worst I think that Blair could succeed regardless because he's a tough guy who knows how to bang. That'll translate to most any team.

I'd be more concerned if we were talking about a guy like Splitter or one of their wings.

i think going for blair would be a great idea. I suggested it in the trade thread a while ago. Think he'd be great to fill out the front-court rotation. He's a good rebounder and finisher around the basket. Will give you good minutes.

don't think it'd take much to get him.

if Casey wants to add toughness (I believe I heard him say that on the radio yesterday when asked if a deal was made what he'd like to see) this would fit the bill.
