Exclamation Brother Steve: Are The Toronto Raptors Trading Andrea Bargnani?

Quote:
On Friday night in Beantown during the Raptors TV pregame show, Raptors TV analyst and color commentator Jack Armstrong asks Andrea Bargnani what can only be described as a telling question.

Jack asks, “Andrea, What are you going to do to help Chris Bosh?”

Jack Armstrong is a Raptors employee. He never, ever says anything that could possibility get himself into trouble. It would not be unfair to ascribe Armstrong as a Raptors spokesperson. So just what is Jack saying to Andrea?

Andrea is now responsible for making sure CB4 gets his stats? Is Andrea responsible for the fact Bosh can’t cover anybody in the post? Andrea is supposed to be helping Chris Bosh get that cap killing $130 million contract this summer?

Just what is Jack really asking Andrea Bargnani?

Trading Bargnani?

How does "how are you gonna help Chris" equate to asking the question of are the Raptors trading him?

I still think Bargs has a lot of potential. We've all seen what he can do but clearly consistency is an issue with him. Maybe we should get Chuck Norris to train him lol?

See here is the problem with Bargnani...

He's a great basketball player. By which I mean he possesses many of the skills needed by a basketball player.

However, each position is depended on to do different things. Bargnani doesn't have the proper core skills for a center. He has a whole bunch of skills that most centers don't have, but those skills aren't conducive to creating a winning NBA basketball team.

It's like being the St. Louis Cardinals manager and making Pujols a pitcher and going on and on about how great his hitting is. Ok great, he can hit 1000x better than a normal pitcher but can he pitch?!

I love Andrea but he can't be a center. He could be a good PF but he's a lousy center.

Talk about going out on a limb, you can't draw a conclusion like this just from Jack's question

I wouldn't actually mind a trade for Bargs, only if we were getting an amazing interior defender, ability to score in the post, and has a lot of toughness because those are the qualities we really need

That's why I said we should of kept Shawn Marion somehow; look at what he did when he came to Toronto for the remainder last season; also he play well with Bosh, Barg, and Jose. Anyways like I mention can we somehow get Derrick Rose and trade Bosh and Barg or Barg and Jose for him ^_^

Didn't appear Marion wanted to be here at all. So that's a moot point.

What he's asking Bargnani but can't say plainly is clear. He's saying but...."Bitch, when are you going to pop your mom's hooter out of your mouth, grow some hair on your nutz and go out there and get some boards like Bosh and like all the other starting centres do?"
It's not about Bosh getting his, it's about the team losing because they have a pussy centre and fans saying year after year that maybe this will be the year that Andrea will man up.

The things that he is being asked to do year after year are not about skill. they are about going out there and grabbing that ball! Not one game out of 5, fight every game!

When I see Dirk, I always hope Bargs can and will become that one day, but doesn't look like it now.

Dirk's so smooth

"Andrea, What are you going to do to help Chris Bosh?"

he needs to stop camping beyond the arc most of the time and spend growing some testosterone down-low.
