What? Get over yourself man. My point was in response to an unproven claim.

Besides, there are plenty of wings that follow that trajectory. You just chose the best ones. You're arguing two different points... you're looking at your point and thinking my argument is related.

unless some team is stupid enough to trade us anything valuable for bargs, he will be a raptor. Further more this topic is stupid, why do you guys constantly think getting a new gm will improve the team. The team doesn't have much valuable asset, getting a new gm won't change that. this team is going in the right direction, imo what is really lacking is a real center. barg's defence hasn't always been this bad, but without Bosh he become the center of defence (he will never be able to take over that role). On top of that Bargs have nothing to play for this season, there is no chance of playoffs

I like Bargs offense. Now his defense? I think that could block more shots than him.

That's like saying "Death Bed: The Bed that Eats" was the best film depicting a carnivorous bed released in 1977. While it's a true statement, there was no competition for the title, and thus it holds little to no water.

I don't see the correlation between a new general manager and trading Bargnani.
You seem to assume that it would be automatic.

to be honest, I was just asking..... was not making a point... but if it was him, it shows that he can do it.

I think the Raps are stuck in the same situation the Bulls were in a couple of seasons ago. Replace Bargnani with Ben Gordon, however a player who plays less defense and rebounds like a 6'3 shooting guard. Enter Mr Rose, suddenly Ben Gordon is taking too many shots and taking away possessions from Mr Rose, Kirk Hinrich is a trading pawn to free more salary space to get more better players to surround Mr. Rose. Derozan is Luol Deng. Bargnani is putting up 18 shots per game, if Raps get its next star player (possibly through the draft), Bargnani becomes expendable and is taking too many shots away from its developping players.

Colangelo can stay as long as he realizes that our big Italian gun is not a star, but a useful piece. In addition he must not add any more pussy, soft, weak- ass players to the roster. I want edge and aggression from here on, hotdammit!
