Toss in John Brockman and the trade works fine. But I agree they probably turn that down.

I'll pass on Jennings.

Really don't need to see him shooting the ball 30 times/gm here.

Not enough "PG skills" from what I've seen thus far.

he attempts 17 a game. thats not a lot for a score first guard. hes an instant upgrade at the backcourt. he also shoots a high % for a guard.

I can't believe theres actually people here who "pass" on Jennings.

It's not often that we have star players actually want to come to the city because they genuinely like it..and what do you do.."pass"..?

Take a look at who we have on the fucking team right now and name one back court player thats clear cut better than Jennings.

We are in no position to pass on a star point guard especially considering Jose is only getting older, and there is no point guard prospect in our draft range.

I'm not saying we have to get Brandon, but to simply pass without attempting after a player of his caliber expresses interest? That's sheer stupidity.

Well, we've done such great things with Jose. How could we dare go after a young, quick, dynamic PG.

So you're saying he's not young? Not Dynamic?

Got the right thread this time.

He's young.
And technically, I imagine he has more than one dimension.

So yes, he is.

HOWEVER, this is about he and Derozan playing together. And honestly, if thats your 1-2 guard combo...you ain't ever winning.

I'd rather see Derozan go that way.... I still don't know who they have I'd want.... lemme go look at their roster.

Ok.

Derozan sign and trade for Bogut

Put Bogut at Center, POW.

Gray as back up, Move Amir to Andrea's back up, Davis as utility 3/4 guy for defense and playing big/ trade material.

Use cap space and the draft to sort 1 and 3 and keep Barbosa

much better squad.

it's very simple !

we need a pg who can score and create some space in attack for other. Jennings can do that like barbosa does.

Now, class the list of PG who are young and can do that without risky health problem :
1. rose
2. Westbrook
3. rando
4. Lawson
5. Lowry
6. Wall
7. Holliday
8. Irving
9. Jennings

maybe you can go after Rando and jeenings. the other sare lock for years.

jennings seems to me the more affordable.
MIL need to build. They need to get a replacment for bogut too whom had-have too much injury problem to help his team become a real pretender.

they are in their way of creating capspace for the next years to come. to get better.

maybe if we engage talk with MIL and GS we can create a deal.

GSW gets : Jose + delfino (expiring) + ed davis
BuCKS gets: curry + 2nd tor 2014
Toronto gets biedrins + jennings.

JV + biedrins at center can be a really good thing if casey can motivate him.
and jennings+DD on our backcourt, they will rock our offfense.
so we will need only to find a SF in the draft.
and we need to get a backup pg with our second pick this draft. or trade it for Joseph for exemple.

jennings/joseph
DD/barbosa/forbes
JJ/(draft or trade)
Bargs/amir/kleiza
JV/biedrins/Magz.

that would be nice.

Davis at the 3? Lay off the coffee. And no way Derozan gets us Bogut.

It's a team full of shooters. why would you want another shooter (especially in PG spot) so much?
Don't you think what you need is a PG that would create opportunities for others?
A nash/kidd/rubio type of player?

I was responding to the original idea. What city does he wish he was from? I gave an indication what city I wished he was from. I honestly don't understand any other implications other people are getting from such a dumb exchange. I guess that went right over my head.

Next question - if Brandon could be a tree what tree would he be? A Maple? Dayum - let's get his ass over here and tap him for some of that sweet sweet syrup. Pancakes baby! PANCAKES!!!!
