![]() Just watched a clip of Jay O'Rait interviewing Bosh before the start of the finals and he asked Bosh his opinions on what the Raps have to do this off-season to get better. Chris talked about the most important need is definitely interior defense and rebounding. Didn't mention anything from an offensive perspective though.
![]() Then Chris said that management definitely needed to get Jose back and then decide on how to resolve the PG situation whether it be by splitting minutes again or resolving it via other methods. (* wink, wink, nudge, nudge*) ![]() No mention of Ford at all either, so maybe I'm reading into things but I think Bosh knows that Ford's days are numbered in Toronto. ![]() To watch the clip itself just go the TSN.ca and click on their video section and scroll to the NBA section. You'll see it there. ![]() Link: http://tsn.ca/nba/ |

![]() I'm surprised our "franchise guy" found time for the interview now that he's a full time NBA analyest for Leno.
I backed this guy for the Youtubery. I'm not sure the long hours involved in real television production leave much time for weight lifting and Post move practice. Oh my Bosh! |

![]() I think it's common practice to take at least a month off before you resume workouts - you have to take some time to heal your body (and your mind) ... I'm a lot more concerned about him playing at the olympics, especially that the games are in september ... I hope they don't select him this year - maybe Jerry will give his son a break ...

![]() How was he implying anything? He made a direct and obvious statement about needing to sign Jose. What follows after that doesn't seem to matter all that much. You can suggest that Jose staying is more important to him than whayever happens to Ford, but it definitely isn't about some deep desire to see TJ depart. Unless I'm missing something.

![]() I'd rather have him rest for a while - he was exhausted after two long seasons with the olympic team and very little time to recover. But I agree overal, I don't like his new interest in media stuff - I wish his mind was more into basketball.

![]() You could see that he was just as comfortable with Jose as he was with TJ as the season went along, and as the team leader he has to keep the perspective of the other players in mind. But yeah - it's a little bit of a shift if you want to see it that way.
And how do we know that the guy isn't doing any work just because he spent 10 minutes in front of a camera? I like that he is seeing what the Finals are all about. And I like that he isn't just a one-dimensional jock. |

![]() we don't.
you're right. ![]() But you know, Guys like Agent Zero, and Kapono, Mj, Bird, guys that can hit shots, they aren't born that way, they get that way but shooting huge amounts of shots in the off season. I'd love it if all our Raps players were driven like that. |
