Exactly. Not sure what people were expecting him to say if the interviewer asked him about the Raps. "No comment"?

except the goal was to win a title
when your teammates are the two best players of the last 10 years in their prime, and you aspire to make an all nba 1st team (like Bosh claimed), and your stated goal is to establish a dynasty and win multiple titles, I think losing in the finals to Dallas is not much of a success.

But Bosh's game has suffered, and it's not necessarily his fault. He is not being used correctly in Miami, where instead of being treated like one of the game's top five power forwards, he is treated like a role player. He spends most of his time on the offensive end floating around the foul line extended, launching jump shots
LeBron James, Chris Paul among stars who have struggled with new teams - NBA - ESPN

But what they seem to be unable to grasp is that compared to lebron or wade, he is a role players. I'd rather have lebron or wade handle the ball and create shots than Bosh. Sure, Bosh is a very capable offensive players and among big guys he used to b one of the top 5 at creating shots. But he's not in the same league as the best player of all time (ok, second best if you're a big jordan fan) ...

Even granting that, what's the excuse for grabbing 7 rebounds a game, people laughed barngani out of the court for doing that (rightfully so), shouldn't Bosh get the same treatment?

not sure if you'd be happy paying a 3rd banana 1st banana salary though. At 10/yr, I would be very happy with those numbers too. Bosh will make 20M/yr in a couple of seasons.

Even if you consider Jordan the GOAT, Lebron still ain't second.

Agreed. The only way you can play on a team with both Lebron and Wade is as a roleplayer. No way you're getting any kind of star playing while being on a team with those two.

Lebron and Wade are 2 of the best rebounding wings in the league.

And it isn't a struggle against life itself for Bosh to grab 10 rebounds... can't say the same about Bargs.

He's already been a star for the Heat. He's played big against the Lakers on many occasions and had a great playoff run last season. If he was a role player Haslem could fill his shoes.... obviously that isn't the case.

And SJ, compared to LeBron or Wade, he IS a role player.

In the land of the blind... well, he ain't there anymore.

I was referring to the fact that his full season stats are down significantly from when he was in Toronto as the no. 1 option. I wasn't saying he's only as good as Udonis Haslem or anything like that.

That's only natural though given that Bosh is the only one of the 3 who isn't a primary ballhandler.

When he's been given significant touches he's proven that he can be just as effective as "the big 2".

That was kinda my point. That playing on the same team with Lebron and Wade anyones production is going to go down. I overexagerated a bit calling him a role player though.
