Default Bosh no more 3's please

please Bosh no more threes. I don't know why but he has taken 3attempts this game missing them all. You are not a 3point shooter so please stop taking 3 point shots.

We're making a run, it's 101-98 there, with only 3 minutes left, and he randomly jacks up a 3 out of rhythm.

It's a pretty normal occurance really in the late minutes, except usually those 3's are long jumpers.

Yup, I'm not a fan of the 3's from Bosh. I've said it a few times before, but the worst thing that can happen to a guy is to make a few and then start thinking it is a real weapon in your arsenal.

But let's also ask, a) why is he even out near the 3-point line and b) why are his teammates giving it to him there?

A) He's an idiot that thinks he can shoot 3's late in games.

B) They also are idiots.

Okay, but what I am driving at is that the Raptors offense should be focused on Bosh being low post or at least in the paint. It doesn't matter what he thinks he can do, it's what the coaches set up for him to do.

His teammates should be moving a little better so that when they see Bosh hanging around open at the 3-point line, he doesn't look like he's the only option. This is where your PG needs to point, direct, tell guys where to go.

Bosh isn't good with post moves, he likes facing up. And it's his job to demand the ball in those situations.

Yes, it is his job to demand the ball, but it is more the PG's job to overlook him and drive the offense. If Bosh is sitting out and midcourt and demanding the ball, are you going to give it to him just because he's asking for it? Step up as a PG and take charge of your team.

Ah, so it's Jose's fault that Bosh takes incredibly stupid shots now, is it?

Jose is one of the few guys with onions, stop bashing the guy for his offense.

No, it's not completely Jose's fault, but you have to take some responsibility when you put the ball in the hands of a guy who is not in an optimal position and has a history of taking ill-advised shots from that spot. I'm not bashing Jose, I'm just saying that if you're the PG, you're the leader. He's talented enough and has good enough smarts that he should command his team more down the stretch.

b) The ball is supposed to swing.

Bosh hit a huge three on Monday that put us in a position to win the game. Why wouldn't Jose give him the ball, and why wouldn't he go for it when it worked last time.

It's a double standard really, Bargnani we expect to shoot threes because that's how he started out in the league. Bosh we hate shooting threes because it's new and odd.

The reason he's shooting a low percentage out their is probably because in the back of his mind he knows he shouldn't be doing it. But he has a nice looking three. If he floated out their as much as Bargnani and shot 2,3 a game, I wouldn't be surprised if he shot a decent percentage.

The fact is though, bigs everywhere can't hit threes in this league. David West hit two in a row against SA at the end of a game a few weeks ago. I saw Ilgauskus hit two in one game against somebody a week ago.
We saw Nene hit one tonight. And he looked comfortable doing it.

I guess what I'm saying is, neither Bargnani or Bosh should really be shooting threes, and I don't think it's fair that people have a double standard when it comes to Bosh shooting threes versus Bargnani. They both have the ability to play inside, and neither of them are like Dirk is out on the perimiter.

Bargnani doesn't have the same responsibility that Bosh does, I think that has something to do with it.

That's correct. And that responsibility is the responsibility to carry the team on his shoulders.

Which is why all this hatred and disapointment is directed at Bosh. Toronto fans want to win real bad, so that's who we expect to win us the games, despite all the other glaring weaknesses on our team and his own limitations as a player.

Bosh's 3 killed the momentum we had. I turned it off right then because it was a wrap. (I'm lying i watched 1 more minute then turned it off)

Bad decision making on Bosh's part. Team is not playing smart that is why they are losing.

I've been saying it from the start of the season. No matter if they go in or not, I hate it when he jacks them up. Even if they go in I don't cheer
