From the "rumour"...just a guy speculating..

Should the Miami Heat look at trading Michael Beasley to the Toronto Raptors for Chris Bosh? Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel has some thoughts on the subject.

Winderman writes: "Beasley's strides off the court with his maturity should not be understated. Last summer certainly provided a wakeup call. Yet with his improved recent play, one wonders if that means the Heat now will strike when the value is maximized. I still have a hard time, myself, deciding whether a Bosh-for-Beasley deal in February would be worth losing out on the opportunity to otherwise add a free agent alongside Beasley and Dwyane Wade in the offseason. ... Remember, though, if the Heat gets a Bosh before the trading deadline, it then can use Bird Rights to re-sign Bosh and Wade, and therefore also be able to use Bird Rights with Udonis Haslem, Jermaine O'Neal and Quentin Richardson, if for nothing other than sign-and-trade transactions."

he's actually wondering whether it's worth trading beasley for bosh? Bosh might not be as good as wade, but beasley is not worth Bargnani right now ... talk about overevaluating your own players.

That deal blows. If you're going to deal him in conference, just send him to NY for Lee, Chandler and Galinari. That's a better deal for us. Much better.

Not to mention the salaries would be nowhere close to matching up...

There really aren't a lot of pieces on that team that interest me, aside from Chalmers and he's not exactly enthralling.

You're right. Udonis + Beasley + Chalmers is about 12 million. Not close to matching up salary wise OR talent wise for that matter.

NY would never give up Gallinari that easily

D'antoni is obsessed with him

I'd give up Turk for Danilo in a heartbeat tho

out of all the europeans we have we don't have the one with the brightest future, smh

Danilo can't play defence... if Bosh gets traded he has to be packaged with banks and jose.

I wouldn't even want BC to consider that. There is nothing (short of Wade) that i'd want from Miami at all. That team is horrible.

that team is better than toronto, they almost had the lakers and boston this week. You rarely see Miami get blown out, and Beasley is definitely talented, I would trade him for Bargs in a heartbeat, but Bosh is a different story.

That team has Dwyane Wade. I'd like to see what JO and Beasley could do without defenses focusing all their attention on Wade.

The Heat are maybe a 25 win team without Flash.

All I know is that Beasley is going to be a beast in the near future!!!

& as far as talent goes he will be better than Bosh end of story...

I'm not saying I like nor dislike a trade with Miami...I am just stating a fact.

Beasley is garbage and a headcase, literally. Miami is an awful team, without Wade they're not a playoff team, shit they have Wade and are barely over .500

BTW we beat them
