What he has been doing, the particular way he stops and stares into the camera after interviews, the posing water drink, etc. are cultural things. I heard someone even call in to a radio show and say he could not understand what Bosh is doing and it was like he was trying to hypnotize people???

It is nothing but joking around. If you grew up with or around that type of thing, you just laugh. If you didn't, it may escape you.
