i think you guys are reading into this way too much.
i love the comment actually.
Iilove the fact that he has the balls to come out and say it... it shows confidence and strength.
i was watching a post game conference with Smitch the other night and he said something along the lines of "Chris is finally realizing just how good he is... its one thing to play hard and bust your ass - thats a given - but its another thing to step on the court and know you are the best player out there" (ok i totally paraphrased that)... but thats exactly what CB is realizing now, he's the best player on the court - any given night.
once you have that confidence and self assurance - nothing can stop you.
I think he's finally getting it.... preach on Chris. if you want that MVP award, go for it.

I love this. I like this new Chris Bosh. His confidence is through the roof right now and it shows.

He is talking the talk. It was one game, against KG in Boston that he was quiet. That happens. He'll figure out how to deal with KG by the end of the season. He's carrying this team on his back right now. There's been games he's completely taken over. We've never seen that from him. We've had gamse we should've lost, but Chris wouldn't give-up.

Chris has always been a stand-up guy. He's always been a team-first kinda guy. I can't even believe you guys are considering this a selfish comment. All he's saying is he wants to be at his very best to help this team move further.

He probably knows that to win MVP your team has to be good. So I think he means that he will make this team better and win MVp for making the players around him better too

Good for him. After the game against ATL he even said his confedince was threw the roof! he might be sending out signals to BC to do something, and this could be it.

You guys want to know the dumbest thing I read today

On TSN, http://www.tsn.ca/nba/story/?id=2576...headlines_main, one of the commentors suggested "Colangelo is stupid. Now is the time to trade him while the stock is high. Trade him to Oaklahoma for Kevin Durant and a 1st round pick. Move O'Neal to the PF position=NBA Champions"

on another not Bosh got some mention on CNN International, calling him "unstoppable" and the best at hos position this young season

Jon Barry said during the Phoenix game he thinks that in 2010 Bosh will go to Cleveland, and LBJ will stay.

If Toronto wanted a MVP candidate out of Carters draft year, they would have kept their pick.
They needed marketing and ticket sales, so they brought the circus to town!

Vince was not the problem, he was always a offensive player a la Ray Allen or Micheal Red .... one trick ponies.

All the displaced hockey fans transferring their Blue and White angst onto the fledgling Raptors were learning about The Game from the toronto `Sports reporters` by reading stats and fluff peices about the sport of Basketball, instead of watching and learning.

The Raptors had 2 budding stars and could not understand that one had to go so that they would both flourish.

Thr management of the team shot themselves in the foot by not trading Carter for better components, when they saw that Mcgrady had game.

Every thing after that is just a gaggle of monkeys chattering in the trees.

And to all the fools that are bitching and whining over his behavior over last few months on the team, stop acting like jilted lovers.

Remember this ... The Toronto Sports Media created the |Vince Carter will leave as a free agent if the team doesn`t improve| movement two years earlier, and that became something Carter was slaughtered with until he hated the media in toronto.

So DINOBLOGGER, I prefer deeds not talk.
My you are so easily impressed ...

So Mr. Bosh the MVP, another game against a big team, another game where you dissapear. Please, stop holding the ball for 5 seconds till you make a move and all the defense is set. Please start helping on defense a little.
You have the whole second half to show that Im wrong, Please do. Seriosly. Please.
I dont care if we win. But I want you to show us your MVP side.

He always does this. Instead of not showing up he should be abusing Bynum of the dribble. Bynum can't guard him. Bosh should've made Bynum get into foul troubl...but what can you do

heh, everyone loves to roast Bargnani for his defence, which is a bit unfair. Bosh on the other hand, is guarding Luke Fucking Walton, who is looking like Pistol Pete because Bosh is lazy as fuck and nowhere to be found, meanwhile Bargnani is closing the door on Bynum and Odom on almost every trip down the floor and has close to 4 blocks already....

MVP?

Mr. Bosh, you need to com eout a bit better than that in the 2nd hald kiddo.
