Default Best Draft pick for Raptors?

1) Demar DeRozan
Just like Gerald Green but shorter (6'6) and plays SG, here's the best part about him though. Freakishly athletic WINGMAN, who attacks the rim (no stupid threes) because of his stuggles at the 3 line.

2) Jordan Hill
Compared to Chris Wilcox, a super athletic PF, has the size and length and likes to play INSIDE. Awesome rebounder who competes and crashes boards #4 in offensive rebounding for college. he is 6'10

3) Jrue Holiday (awesome name)
Comparison to Rodney Stuckey (Not another PG!) but he is a very good defender and has range. Complete player but he is still a freshmen. also 6'4.

I haven't been follwing the college game much this year, but isn't Harden supposed to be the best 2/3 out there?

Minnesota will be getting him in the draft.
I'm just putting up players who have the biggest chance of going to raptors.

Isn't that Al-Farouq Aminu guy supposed to be pretty good? I don't watch college hoops that much but I've heard he's super athletic and a good rebounder... there was a college bball artice on ESPN that said something like: "If he develops into a three-point threat he'll be virtually unguardable".

And he could slide down to the Raps.

Why would Raptors draft yet another PF? We have this position already covered by Andrea and Chris. What we really need is a 2/3. Is there any one good enough with chance to slip on Raptors hands?

I'm guessing we finish with a worse record than the TWolves

Anyways I like Jrue Holiday the best. I think a PG who can play defense is essential with a frontcourt like Bosh/Bargs, we can't be giving up penetration because there's no intimidation by them inside.

Harden would be good but I'm worried about the undersized SG thing

DeRozen, no thank you, unless we fall to 10-12 and he's still around

Aminu would be good if again we were a 10-12 team but I think we'll be picking higher

Take big Sofo ( baby Shaq) make him loose 20 kilos and you will have a player that may become the best center in the NBA.

all these guys will be top 10 picks the Raps have no chance in getting them, but if I'm picking someone I'll take Demar DeRozan, Holliday, then Hill

from the choices given you're just making people select the wing player because that's what we need
the poll should probably be a choice of 3 different wing players instead of 3 different positions

None of the guys listed.

DeRozen???

Spare me the pain of watching another kid with Zero B-Ball IQ play in the NBA.

He's a "dunk in warm up guy" no?

And to be honest. In the nBA, you only gt to slash IF you can hit the 3pt shot, it isn't one or the other, you need both.

Ask Moon.

Derozans actually played very well of late at USC, only problem i see is Raptors system doesn't really involve pushing the ball, or scoring on the fastbreak, which would severely hurt his production (Floyd's system in USC is very meticulous, half court O, with a lot of D pressure)

I'm leaning towards Gerald Henderson, Aminu's going to be a huge project, Holliday worries me on the pro level, he isn't the same kind of slasher that Stuckey or Monta are, as his athletic ability is only slightly above average. Derozan has all the skills, kind of a dark horse (worrisome no doubt)...Tyreke Evans should prolly get some love, great scorer for Memphis as a freshman, literally all that man does is score...also Earl Clark might be effective, watch for a big second half from him (been anemic all season long)

I want our 2nd round pick on a PG love to see A.J. Price or Jeremy Pargo fall to us

We don't have a second rounder. It was traded to Detriot for Delfino

That guy LeBron isnt much of a 3 point shooter, he seems to slash OK. I asked Moon and he said it's more because he doesnt have any handles whatsoever or the courage to take contract in the air. He prob has a better 3pt % then LeBron tho.

Stuckey seems to also find his way to the rim.
And Shoots an atrocious .188% from the 3pt line.
