Bargnani looks soft to me.

I'd prefer him back here busting ass in a real camp. Not playing JUCO level ball in Europe.

I fear that Beli will see little playing time (a lot of people here will be happy), anyway if correctly used he can be efficient he's got talent expecially in passing and court vision.

everybody here was high in young gunz summer league, but I assure that euro ball is much better than S.L. and at least this games got something at stake. Just for example Beli in his first game of SL scored 36!

efficient is what he needs to be. i don't think we've seen all that beli is capable, though. he's got talent and i love watching him, warts and all.

I watched Italy's game against Latvia a little. Bellineli has some moves, but he keep shooting that stupid shots. He imagine that he is Kobe Bryant or smth.
Ilaty is the most mocking thing in Eurobasket at the moment. Course they lost that game in Latvia and they struggled against FINLAND, geeez!!!
I watched my NT (Lithuania) first friendly game, it was against Finland. 7th Finland NT game, the last one before this Qualifying champ. So... 7th game to Finland, and just FIRST to LT, but LT won that game 32 damn...
WTF is with Italy, i thought they will smash them... Slice and Dice. But it was close game. Oh man, they are terrible.

That's not very nice at all.

My response, is to tell you that you are indeed incorrect, I am not a fool, and I would venture a guess that with both my 24 years of watching this game, combined with another 10 years played at a pretty damn good level, put my level of Hoops smart at par or above where you might be at.

Please be more more respectful kind sir.

As long as they don't get hurt, I'm fine with it. I've always found that a player would improve their game by playing 5 on 5 ball instead of training one on one with a specialist.

We were sitting in the same position last year watching Andrea throw up stinkers in FIBA. Look at the year he ended up having.

This year he's producing and playing much better as the focal point on offense. If nothing else, that's something to look at.

I actually like the soaring Bargs photo. Damn that vid had an aggressive Bargnani, it's nice to see him attacking the rim consistently. And Beli is a much better player when he is looking for others first, and his offense second. He really hurts his production when he limits himself to just being a shooter, his form looked a little better in that vid too (no one leg jump kick).

Damn Belinelli looked good here. Bargnani was pretty impressive too. The rest of that team is terrible, Beli should have had like 10 assists. If Gallo was there I believe they'd be undefeated.

Belli has the tools to be a great defensive player. Too bad he doens't know how to use them in the NBA...

He did look good.

But I just think he kind of struggles when the more athletic NBA players guard him, making it harder for him to look good in NBA games.

if we traded Calderon I think Belinelli would get a much bigger role with the team

the reason why is Jack would start at PG, then Barbosa would come off the bench as the back up PG, he can't create so Belinelli would have to play at the SG or SF and help create in the half court if we cant fast break right away,

our best ball handlers and help creat offense would go

calderon
jack
beli

I actually cant wait to see this on the raptors,

Barbosa
Belinelli
Sonny
Davis

all off the bench, with Beli creating for others

Bargs looked great nice to see him in good shape clearly out classing the opponent,
