wow the utah game is starting to look like the downfall of andrea Bargnani especially the fact that he was feeling it before the game, and got worse

i remember thinking he looked good during that utah game, but if you really think about it the medical staff should have pulled him, even in the 4th they should have

i know its a woulda shoulda coulda, but i wonder why andrea minutes werent set to a transition instead of throwing into the fire right after injury

you think if the Raptors handled it right the first time we wouldnt be talking about this now, andrea could have played almost a full season

you have jack armstrong calling him out every night about being hurt, maybe he should be calling hte training staff out

going back to the first injury, i agree with playing him in phx but not in utah, he should have stayed on the bench, greg popovich should have rested him

another casey hasn't really protected any of the players from injury, giving games off on certian back to back, derozan, caldy etc...

especially with this schedule being what it is, the regular season schedule wtihout the lockout is a grind

I disagree it is the training staff that should make a decision on the injured player not the Coach. Why should Casey give any young player making millions & millions of dollars rest? Who cares if the season has been a lockout grind, the whole league has had to deal with it.

Agreed, players should never be rushed from injury. Why was Bargs playing 40 mins against PHX? Casey should've known better.

Tank city, y'all. If Bargnani doesn't miss time, we're sitting in the 12th spot in the lotto right now, or worse.

Not that it was intentional, but you can see the reasoning behind not being TOO careful with Bargs.

touche, that was also a suspicion of mine. BUT, just the general rule should not be to rush guys from injury. However, this draft is pretty good...

Bargnani out for remainder of the season with recurrence of calf tightness. Naturally I applaud this. #tank #raptors

What if the calf has been a problem since year 2? It would explain a lot.

If losing Bargnani means Raptors win the lottery to get Davis..

....See you later Bargs!

Did you not watch tonight?

Right now we sit 6th worst and imo i wouldn't be surprised if we drop in the lottery because, well that's just our luck. I'm pretty resigned to us probably getting the 8th pick.

Did you not read the person I quoted?

I was going off him talking about landing Davis, Raptors might trade AB.

Thanks Jeff.

I never said Raptors are trading Bargnani. I was joking with the dude that IF that is what it took to get Davis, sign me up. I know it is not going to happen.
