Fits and starts in Lakerland coloring Bryant's stellar start | NBA.com
NBA GM says this about the topic of trading Bargs (scroll down). Aldridge is also talking about how the Lakers swapping Gasol for Bargs. IMO I like our froncourt the way it is, but if we can find a third team that would be keen on taking him and have some pieces we'd like - that would be ideal. |

No way Calderon gets traded if Gasol is heading to Toronto.....Jose will take a cut to play with his Spanish friend.
Looks like Lowry will be the odd man out. Its a stretch but im due to get it wrong for a change lol.....been dead nuts right sine 2007 !!!!! |

phily get Gasol lakers get barg + hawes toronto get Young i think will be thrill to get the gasol/bynum back on track. lakers get barg and a real nice backup for D12 we get with young a sf/pf whom can defend, rebound and spread the floor as casey would want. |

Thad Young would fit nicely at the SF for us. something tells me however that Philly doesnt want anymore Laker injury-prone players though. |

![]() and not for basketball fans. Pau should be played properly, in the low post. But anyway, the Lakers wouldn't do it. Bargs+Hawes = a ton of salary considering the caliber of these guys. Then you account for tax next year... |

I can understand some Raptor fans having an obsession with Calderon, I have nothing but respect for him. The way he's been treated here has been less than great with all the trade talks, PG controversy and minute debates shows that he is one of the most professional basketball player I've ever seen. He comes to work and play Basketball. That being said, he is not better than Lowry, he is not a top 5 PG, and he is not a starting PG on a poised playoff team. Back on topic, Bargs for anything at this point seems like a dream, but I'm glad there are rumours BC is looking to move him (maybe a little too late). |

There isnt a rule that states you can't trade an injured player..
I think he would fit the Lakers/Pheonix/Cleveland or Utah.. Now it's up to Bryan to try and get the best possible value for him |
