1. SJ's post referenced pre-season play... not regular season play.

2. I trust you didn't see what Drummond did against the Bucks?

3. Calm down sonny. It's not that serious.

i wouldn't be surprised if Bargs started to receive the good ol' negative chants this season if he doesn't make that jump, especially if both demar and lowry prove to be more valuable.

Or it could be... he's not in game shape. FFS people... the Biathalon is a sport for a reason - maybe that comparison will help you get it.

Bargs has tons of talent and he will be fine, but what bothers me is how lazy he is. Dude looks like he hasn't been in a weight room ever! He could be 10times the player he is if he would actually be athletic.

sometimes too much muscle restricts fluidity... I don't think you should be as worried.

I think you underestimate how athletic he is.... you're making it seem like he's shawn kemp after the lockout.

bargnani, by the looks which is the only measurement I can take, needs to drop a couple BF% to maximize his mobility, which is a big, big part of his game.

A man that spends the summer gaining mass and strength has the unfortunate side effect of gaining some chub - since your diet is heavy and geared for weight gain (including fat intake). An NBA player that gains mass/strength in the summer and uses the preseason to get his game legs back and trim out is not an uncommon formula. It's not like he sat and ate primo and did nothing else - some of you guys need to fucking relax about it..

It is the preseason so too much analysis shouldn't be put into Andrea Bargnani's performance thus far however,AB is coming off an injury entering his 7th year. There will be a lot of concern about his recovery and production. The criticism is fair in my opinion because it will only make him better and challenge his leadership as one of the prominent players on the team.

Y0ou'r only as good as your last game in pro sports, people need to realize this. Potential means shit, past success means shit.

Bargnani better be ready to go once its go time, if he isn't, there are few excuses. He's a pro athlete and gets paid a tidy amount to do his job.
