Agreed. Good for mo...good for the Raptors. Mo needs consistant minutes to be effective and it looks like he's getting them now.

I believe our 3pt shooting percentage is way up from last year, right? It's our general fg% that is down, which is due in main part to CB's shooting percentage who was dramatically down (although recently it's coming back to his usual 50%). I doubt any of this has to do with tj or jose.

Lol...sorry, I've been sitting back loving this. Remember how I said before that raptor123 could turn any conversation into a TJ/Jose debate?

Lol...quick, um..."I love grapefruit!" Now go!

- Jay loves grapefruit
- Grapefruit is round and yellow on the outside
- Yellow...like TJ...because he's scared of Jose
- Jose is better than TJ
- Jose invented grapefruit

Oh yeah, one other thing. If a scout sees you do something once, it absolutely does not mean that with coaching you will be able to develop that. It could have just been blind luck. Your example of a ball player hitting a 450 jack and a scout seeing power? Trust me, sometimes you just get good wood on the right pitch in the right spot (or for the pitcher, the absolute wrong spot). Once is luck. Twice is a possibility. Three times, well...then you might have a trend. Scouts aren't dumb.

I wouldn't be doubting it if I were you. Tj's penetration draws the defense in towards him... he then kicks out to shooters who swing the ball around... sometimes that ends up with an open 3 in the corner...but if the defense is quick enough to cut that off as they charge out to the shooters that in turn opens things up for Bosh for a quick dump down inside.

It's all related... last night Jose did a better job of penetrating and the result was very good ball movement, great open shots which we made and room for Bosh to work. Granted Sac's defense is about as hard as Ron Jeremy's ab muscles but still it was a nice step.

Are you finally starting to realize that we can be a better team with Jose at the starting point?

You stated earlier that the raps won three in a row....but they were teams such as New York.... what about New Orleans?.....Portland?.....i'm just asking...

I said this before and i'll say it again....the key for the Raps is the play of Andrea.....he nees to play to his potential for us to get to the next level....Bosh cant do it alone.

We know what the team can do without TJ. Right now we're sitting 5th in the standings....behind a way better Boston team, Detroit, Orlando, then Washington..... i believe Washington will fall sooner or later and also Orlando(as they seem to do every year).

Its his Afternoon Delight

Exterior/Interior
This round to oval shaped watermelon weighs 16-20 lbs. and exhibits a mottled stripe rind and bright red, firm flesh.

Maturity
Maturity of 90 days.

Tolerances
Tolerant to Anthracnose and Fusarium Wiltand Jose Calderon lol.

Features
Afternoon Delight Triploid Watermelon seed is a hybrid, triploid watermelon of outstanding variety. With great flavor and flesh registering 4.0-6.0 on the penetrometer, Afternoon Delight watermelon is an ideal variety for cut and peel processing and watching his favourite player TJ.

so how do you explain that we're shooting the 3pt better than last year?

Percentage is definitely better...but we have far better people taking those shots this year over the ones taking them last year(mo, garbo < kapono, delfino). This year's team gets more transition threes(kapono) and off the dribble threes(delfino) then last year when it was either mo or parker in the corners or andrea at the top waiting set and firing. Wouldnt' you like to see both options in use at the same time??? I sure would.

My point is we should be taking more of those wide open ones... we take a lot more forced shots in general and the overall shooting percentage is down.

WTF? Cuz I'm a black guy you go for watermelon? Lol! This was just strange dude, strange. BTW, I don't like watermelon. Actually, I don't like anything in the melon family, honeydew, cantaloupe...well, I do like one kind of melon...usually comes in pairs...

I could give you this argument: kapono last year played with the greatest slasher of them all, d-wade. He shot 49% from 3pt. This year, he's playing with Jose, and he's shooting 50%. His shooting percentage didn't drop, ergo he gets just as many good looks as he did last year. So then what's the point of your argument? There are more than one way to get a 3pt shooter a good look. Driving and kicking is just one of them.
