He's been missing jumpers like crazy as of late

when he jumped for his 3 point shot they all missed but when he was just standing still it went in, and it was the reverse when he shot his midrange as well

His shot looks horrible right now. The one drive was brilliant, but he went out of bounds. He needed to keep driving and driving in this game. Instead he became worse than invisible. Not a good sign. I hope he gets back in form once Bosh returns.

Andrea hasn't had his legs in his shot since he hurt himself in that game against Memphis. In the past few games he's been missing short, and then missing long because he's overcompensating.

It seemed like he was moving a bit better tonight and it was obvious that he was making a conscious effort to get down and get his legs into his shot. I'm sure the injury just threw him out of rhythm he'll be fine.

Bargs sucks without CB4, if CB walks, I am not comfortable building around bargs!

I was expecting this thread to be filled with,

"we should've drafted Roy, damn you BC"

stuff like that.

I think Bargnani and Bosh compliment each other, I don't know why but they do. Remember when Baegnani went down for a while? Bosh didn't have a good game, double teams and closing him out on the baseline but no offensive threat other than Bosh on the court. I think the same with bargnani, the defense can focus on Bosh if he's there while Bargnani is more relaxed taking shots because of the light defensive pressure.

How do you figure? He's been missing shots he typically sticks, Chris Bosh doesn't have anything to do with that. He's been fine creating his own offense with Bosh, he's just been out of rhythm, Memphis game included.

imo, the biggest issue with andrea right now is that he's just an afterthought on offense. He never gets any consistent touches, there's no attempt to establish him in the low post, no isos etc. Tonight, until late in the 4th quarter, he got about a shot every 4-5 minutes, it's hard to get in rhythm when that happens.

As far as CB's absence, I don't see it affecting andrea in any way, in the 3 games without Bosh, he gets just as many shots, shoots the same percentage and has the same number of rebounds.

Bargnani is a natural center, can't play the 4, this proves it.

Whether they like it or not he's the de facto number one option on offense while Bosh is out; only getting him nine shots against the Wizards is inexcusable. The point guards do an alright job of getting him established in the first half but I find he becomes less and less involved in the offense from the start of the 3rd quarter on.

The problem is we play like Bosh is the #1 option out there even when Bosh is out! As others have said, we need to run more plays for Bargs and get him to play closer to the basket!

I just think with Bosh playing Bargs gets a lot of open looks but without him teams zero in on him easily. I didn't watch todays game but i saw his first shot, AIRBALL

Bargnani said before the game that he wasn't 100 %. Bargnani is having a bad shooting slump, even the best go through them. I really think Bargnani should the the franchise player. His Defense is by far better then Bosh's lazy D, while on the other hand he's a much better shooter. Bosh sometimes makes stupid plays, like when he drives and yells and expects the call. While Bargnani will make bad plays, he doesn't cry like a girl about it. Let him walk. Trade JJ and Jose to Atlanta for Johnson in a sign and trade we would be sick.

PG - Banks
SG - Johnson
SF - Turk
PF - Evans
C - Bargnani

Bargs would pretty much average 25 and 11 with Bosh out of the lane.

That is a terrible starting line-up.

Are you kidding me ?

Banks is a lock down defender, we don't our PG to score. Johnson is sick. Turk is untradeable, Evans is a beast and Bargs will be like a seed grown into a flower once Bosh is gone. Bosh in the reason we lose games, he has so many stupid turnovers and shots it's incredible that Jay keeps him on the court. Rasho can come off the bench and get the minutes he deserves and flourish, Amir will eat it up. Wright probably will get starting half through the season over Turk, and we could probably trade DeRozan for a pick or something, because we have Weems to dunk the ball. DeRozan needs to stop twittering and practice balling.
