We have big V coming next year, why would we bring in the biggest headcase in the NBA?

I think Cousins can bring an offensive aggression that this team lacks.... Maybe Ed and a second gets it done?

Barbosa have no brain

but he can score easy at least 15ppg, but he don't have court time... he can't produce well without time, i think he should be traded to another team for a center, would be more usable to Raptors, maybe send him back to Phoenix and get someone like Lopez.

What center could we get for Barbosa?

I don't think any team in right mind would ever trade a usable C for a 6'3" scoring guard.

This seems like a good swap for us - a young SF with potential for Barbosa. But I'm not sold on this. As bad as Barbosa has been in the last 5 games, at least we know what we're getting from him and he can be a potential spark off the bench. I doubt Ebanks' offense will evolve greatly under Casey's defensive approach, and with our scoring woes, we need any offense we can get. I'd rather stick to developing JJ into a serviceable backup SF than take on another player with few accolades but some potential.

He's become an out of control driver that keeps causing charging fouls, which is also a turnover, this also exposes the fact that he doesn't pass. This is fine if you make the shots, but he isn't and he shoots a lot. His game is also getting predictable, he's either a full drive to the net or a 3. There's no mixing up moves and mid-range. In fact, from what I've seen he's always driving with the left and then midway to the net he pulls a behind the back to the right. If I can see it coming, the coaches have game planned for it. And don't forget his defense is horrible.

Not trying to sound like he's the cause for our losing, but at his salary, he's a big part of the team's success. I personally like Barbosa and what he used to be able to do, but he really looks at this point like his game is on a steep decline.
i would pull the trigger if we get decent SF back from Barbosa...he simply can't provide much contribution to this team especially Casey need more defensive mind wing player in now
